this one was just a pain in the ***!!!!! i used my crap computer which began as a Windows 92 and practically made it blindfolded cuz it couldn't handle the video. it was like looking at a photo and listening to music, lol. i hope u enjoy it tho. video quality is somewhat better tho :) will post codes later

I'm guessing that's the Organization Member, that went and tricked the peddler into releasing Jafar, saying he'd turn Jafar into a heartless. Perhaps the area is in the middle of a cutscene then or something?

well...i used a cheat code to revisit that cutscene map after the event completed. but i couldn't get close to the person/thing cuz there was an invisible wall preventing me. but it could be the Organization Member that tricked the peddler.
