i cant even beat him and i am lvl 77

 

Alright... tommorow I will beat him... and write you a guide... I will do it with only Gaurd, and dodge roll, and glide and superglide equiped if possible.

ICSP ANTI ANSEM STRATEGY GUIDE:

Alright... I beat him with no items but a kingdom key. Not even armor. I did this to compensate for my rediculous level, 85.

The only abilities I used was dodge roll and guard... I thought I needed superglide but I didnt.

He only has a few moves, each of them can be countered rather easily.

I recommend you stand a medium distance away at all time, and sidestep constantly. All moves are easier to react to. Always sidestep away from the corner, since the most painful move he likes to abuse is easiest to dodge away from him.

General Strategy, wait for him to attack first, and only attack with one combo. If he winces when the finisher connects, tack on 1 or two more hits, or heal yourself. Try to keep a medium distance from him at all times. About the distance Sora covers in a dodge roll. This will make him broadcast his attacks more and will give you time to react properly.

"Possesion" He does this often throughout the entire match. The move starts when he lunges forward quickly. His gaurdian then moves to the front and punches you, Ansem yells "Submit!" during this move.

The easiest way to counter this move is to dodgeroll away from him. You can also jump to the side, but that was less consistant with me.

If he connects it, his heartless gaurdian will leave him and harass you. There is nothing you can do to stop the gaurdian. Do not attack him then.

Your "Attack Command" randomly turns into the freeze command which will hurt you bad. Just dodgroll until his Gaurdian returns to him. He is not vulrable after his gaurdian returns, he will do another attack immediatly. If you approach ansem, he will say "Open your heart" and put up a forcefield that hurts you and move towards you. Stay away from him.

If he misses the initial attack (Submit), he is wide open for a combo.

Heartless Gaudian this is the move where the Gaurdian goes between you and him. He also yells, "Heartless Gaurdian."

He is vulrable during that move, dodgeroll undernieth him, and attack him from the back. You might not get a whole combo in, but you can get a hit or two.

"RockBreaker" he will put up a blue shield in front of him, and repeatedly run into you for a while. Gaurd it, you will gain 199 exp. and interupt his attack, leaving him WIDE open for a counter attack. If he hits you once, keep tring to block the next one. It can be done. I usually didnt block it on my first try.

Punch, his heatless does a low punch, with his fist glowing blue. He only does this move when you are right on next to him. Its real fast, so reacting is tough, you can simply jump over it, I dont know if you can gaurd it. If he misses, hes open to counter attack. I recommend a medium distance, because this move is hard to read. If he does it, it will probably connect. This is NOT the move where he yells "Submit!"

Shockwave the gaurdians two hands will glow white, then he will shoot out two beams of light directly at you along the floor. Jump to the side, its the easiest way. This move is fast, so I reccomend the medium distance to give yourself time to react. At this distance though, you wont be able to attack him. He is open after this attack, but the window is so narrow its risky I dont try to counter.

Desparation Attack He does this move after you take about half of his life bar.

He will move to the center of the ring, and say "My strength has returned" You cannot interupt this attack, just dodge it.

He is glowing, the floor turns black, by this point you should be running a circle around him, when you see a glow under your feet, dodgeroll. Keep rolling until he just is about to do the last hit of the move. He will delay just before the last hit. This one you dont roll around him, but roll away from him.

Do not try to counter attack this move. He is not open, he will do another move immediatly. He likes to follow this with possesion.
