"It's just a cold, she'll get better. She just has to lay in bed and have some soup or whatever.", Eden said. "It's not like she'll die from a simple cold."

 

I know but she's seems really depressed about it. He said as walked along the tide of the beach.

 

"It does suck if you get sick, but that's never stopped me. Even when I was sick, I'd still go to school.", Eden said.

 

He chuckled softly. School....... how does it feel to go to school? He asked stopping.

 

"It's very boring. But, some good things come out of it. You meet new friends.", Eden said. "I haven't been in school for awhile now... all because of that damn Afira.", Eden then looked at Exel. "Is something wrong?"

 

He looked across the waters. Nothing, it's just my imagination. He said and continued walking and then winced from the pain.

 

"Okay... Have you been to another world? Have you been to the world called Earth?", Eden asked.

 

I've heard of that place. Why? He asked and then pressed his hand over his left eye.

 

"That's where I'm from. But... Hey!", Eden yelled as she saw Exel put his hand on his eye. She took his hand put and moved it away from his eye. "It'll hurt more if you do that.", Eden said. "So... where you from Earth?"

 

He chuckled softly. It just holds the pain down. No I never visited Earth and I have no idea where I was born at. He said.

 

"No it doesn't, ice nulifies the pain. But... maybe you're other was born there. When you had a whole heart.", Eden said. "And as I said before, I moved here. No family, just me. I kept my cat, because I was able to sneak him. But... I sometimes miss my friends on Earth, and my family. My mother, father, my sister... I miss them all. I just wonder what they're doing."

 

Exel nods and then stops again to look across the waters.

 

"I guess... I'm selfish.", Eden said as she looked at the water.

 

THat's not it. He muttered to Eden.

 

"But just listening to my wants... I'm just being like a sister that I never really was with my sister to Valerie.", Eden said.

 

"What do you mean?" He asked.

 

" I mean, I never noticed my sister, I'd ignore her for everything. But Val... She's like the sister that I would actually want to have. That's why I aways protect her, she like my only relative I can speak to that lives in this world.", Eden said as she stared at the ocean sky.

 

Exel nodded. I understand..... He said and then sipped his coffee and then winced again.

 

"You okay?", Eden asked when Exel winced.

 

It's just my left eye again. He responded.
