I was going to ask about these movies. I see nothing that can keep it from being PG-13 (besides a small bit of foul language, but it's really small) but both movies have not been rated by the MPAA (so, it has an official rating of NR).

The official English dub of the movie does have some cursing but the sub version (official not fan-sub) doesn't have any cursing. Yes it is NR but there isn't much of gore in both just people dropping dead Lmao xD
In my honest opinion I would rate them PG-13
