    I created some playlists earlier for my videos, but I can't figure out how to add videos to them.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Click on the playlist that you've made.

    It says that you have no media right now, correct? After it says that if you are the creator of the playlist you can add media filed at the bottom of the page.
    The bottom has Media URL and you just paste the URL and ta-da
