I'm sorry to hear that Pyro... I know exactly how it feels... A friend of mine died April 1st (everybody thought it was a sick prank, because people the day before, people were saying he was going to die) after a long battle with cancer. Although totally different than losing a pet, the pain is all the same. Don't push the pain away though. Take your time, write about it, or whatever you feel you should do to help yourself through this time. Don't do what I did and try to shove the memories and feelings away. I'm still paying for that.

Thanks guys... really. ^_^- Appreciate it. And Saki, really... Wow, I should not be complaining... but yes, I do agree that keeping emotions locked up is not a good, or a healthy thing to do. I know it as well as you do. However, I hardly think that people want to hear me rant.

Well, Lettuce was the product of my other loving children [I have a whole bunch of them]... and I basically raised him as his parents sort of uhh... left him after he hatched for some reason. O_O So I guess I was a more attached to him than the rest in a way... but not more than Pakhi [my cockateel]. It's just really depressing to think that he wound be around to sit on my shoulder and play with my hair... or scream and tweet at 4 in the morning and make me go nuts. Heh... this is a very quiet morning right now. I'll have to get used to that.

But it's still not stopping the rest of them from screaming their little feathery butts off.
