Oh no, I love vampires. I read vampire books. I follow vampire fans. It is just that I have noticed an uprising of Vampire books recently.

Darren Shan was good enough, a nice read. Although I doubt anyone would scream "Sexy!" But now I have noticed more. Twilight. Vampirates, The Mortal Instruments, An interview with a Vampire. How many more vampire stories are needed?

Many of these, (All except Darren Shan and Twilight) I have not read. But they are about vampires. Do you deny that there is an influx of Vampires lately?

You can count of Interview With The Vampire, and any of Anne Rice's books, because she's been creating this wonderful stories and their sequels for quite awhile, since 1965, I would think. Not to mention, it was a while before her books got the fame they had as it is today. She's not exactly "new", in that respect.

However, I do agree that there IS a influx of a vampire phase going on, wrecking the world and ensnaring the senses. Even Rolling Stones had a small,, tiny, quip about it in one of their mags.

I blame Twilight and its fame for those gorgeous, "sparkly" male vampires for girls, with added romance, though.

The Role-Playing Arena was the least of the damn problems concerning it, and if you're going to do that, as well as making the thread startes start a second version of it to continue that has more than 4000 posts, same sh!t applies to the rest.

Why are women allowed to drool over pictures of men on a disney forum, but if someone were to post a picture of a woman in the same attire for the same purposes, it is considered disgusting?
