Accusations:

Heartless Vice is taken into custody... where he is whipped mercilessly by Saint in lingerie. However, after the interogation... The excact detail of the interogation which followed afterwards can not be posted on a kid friendly site. He is released due to lack of evidence.

Pika_power is taken into custody. Where he is forced into submission by a gimp. After 12 hours with a paddle, Pika Power is released due to lack of evidence. However, the chilling screams of "Thank You Sir! Can I have another!" still ring in the police ears.

Clue:
The shinigami didn't make it clear to Kira that they had the death note. I know I have to give out a clue, however, its not Kira's fault that Kira didn't know they were in possesion of the Death Note... so blame the Shinigami, not Kira for the lack of kills sos far.

 

Can I join? I'll do anything when I'm lonely...

 

Sure... make sure you read the rules... and try to be descreat about your first name.

Cooperate with everyone, but trust no one. Kira is masquerading as a detective.

I feel this rules out most veterans of this game, as they would not fall prey to a tricky shinigami.

But IS-Frisky Kitty said explicitly that Kira didn't know that they were Kira until a while ago. So there is a huge hole in your logic, that seriously shouldn't be there.
