Hypothetically speaking here.

Let's say user A makes a joke towards user B, the joke isn't anything out of line. User B for whatever reason goes off the deep end and takes it super personally then follows up by talking about how they feel "attacked" or some BS like that.

If user B can pull that card at any time, how is that even the slightest bit fair. My point here is, don't take the **** people say/post on here as some sort of personal attack because nine times out of ten they just don't care. I find it to be rather stupid that certain members need to be extra careful while talking around other "certain" members because they might go off the deep end and get them "in trouble" for absolutely nothing in the first place.

Lighten. Up.

Its a Kingdom Hearts website, and to be honest if you find yourself feeling "attacked" every three seconds then maybe for your own emotional health, you should take a break or try to figure things out.

 

You can't really decide for yourself what someone deems as offensive, but I agree that you shouldn't feel so threatened everytime someone makes a slight remark about you.

Maybe the reason KHV is so inactive is because we're nothing but people complaining about stupid things like lack of activity from people actually having lives and people getting hyper-aggressive about snide comments so often that no one wants to be here.

You all know who you are and you need to lighten up. There's a point where complaining about certain things genuinely becomes annoying.

Definitely an issue, people complain about minor things, people get defensive about things, others are unpleasant to others, and then more are elitists.

Everybody is full to the brim with flaws, telling other people to stop it isn't going to accomplish a single thing.

Honestly, if people spent as long actually trying to make KHv active as they did speculating why it's somebody's fault trying to make rhe stie more active/friendly/better this issue would probably be a lot less pronounced

 

I agree, and it's why I very rarely say something. Why should I say something unless I've been doing my part?

In reality, everyone just needs to let stuff go (and yes, everyone means everyone) and just post in different areas if they dislike something.

But meh, who am I to tell people to do something when they'd clearly rather complain incessantly or try to be funny to look like a cool kid? All I can do is focus on bettering myself.

 

Wow, this whole time I seriously thought it was inactive because of all the testing and stuff in May. Like I actually believed that but now I'm not so sure...... i feel like I've been lying to myself.

I love how people who feel threatened when someone calls them on feeling the need to criticize somebody else's behavior always respond with "Lighten up" like it's not certifiably the most hypocritical thing that was ever done by a person

I do feel threatened, I have to filter myself unlike most people on this site so I can't say what I wanted to because I knew good and well it would be taken the wrong way and I would have the "SWAT team" on my ass. I do the best I can with what I have *shrugs*

 

activity is low b/c there has been literally 0 kh news lately, it's may also which means peeps been slammed with schoolwork, that's natural for a site composed mostly of teenagers & young adults

but you know, venturing outside of the spam zone always helps. it turns out that talking about kh is fun & people actually reply and have long, well-thought out discussions in the kh sections wow who woulda thunk. posting threads saying "damn khv y u so inactive" accomplishes nothing and is pretty uninformed considering we've had steady activity for the last like... two months at least lol

 

What do you mean no news? We've had news about how we should look forward to E3 for months!
