Kingdom Hearts II KH links to Dissidia?!?!

I was playing the kh2 game again for the 1000,000th time and I noticed something on the fight against sephiroth. After Tifa gives Clod her light the two dissapear and she says that they maybe continued their fight on another world. Maybe just maybe it was the world created in Dissidia! They do say in the game they took peole from their own worlds to fight for them so why not from there? This would also put a nice link between the games....

 

Doubt it. Dissidia is based definitely on the good and evil throughout the final fantasy series. I know what your talking about but as a player of both games I'd say highly unlikely that the team at Square Enix tried to link the two games

 

It would be an awesome link but I don't think so. We'll probably find out about where they are in the next Kingdom hearts as I'm sure they'll come back (it's inevitable really since they've both been in KH and KH2)

 

That would be cool but if it were the case then (as mentioned above) Leon would have to disappear too. Either way in KH the FF characters aren't in their home worlds in the first place! And aren't they supposed to go back to their home worlds (where they came from) in the end? Also can't wait for the sequel (Lightning from FFXIII FTW!!!)

 

FF7 Cloud and Sephiroth different characters from their KH counterparts and the dissidia Cloud and Sephiroth is obviously from FF7

Also there is around a 4 year gap between the two game's release dates I really doubt they were thinking about Dissidia when they made Kh CLoud and Sephiroth's battle

 

This is also a very good point. Also the reverse. I doubt Square would be thinking of KH2 when they made Dissidia, especially when they would've had to start worrying about translating BbS for the fans who would probably have thought of starting riots just to tell them to move their lazy asses and get to work.

 

Thats just it I never said the link was an intentional one, I said that when Cloud and Sephiroth vanished in kh2 that could be linked with Dissidia because Cosmos and Chaos took the ff characters from worlds to fight and Tifa said they probably went to another world to finish their fight....

 

Yeah but they probably were taken from THEIR worlds (i.e. the lands of all the FF games) because when they vanished they went back "to where we're [they're] supposed to be." And that's what makes me think it's not connected.

 

I guess, but it would be good if there was a link lol
