OOC: That would've been creepy, but it would also be annoying since you're like "Yay, light's back!", only for it to go off again xDD. Frozen food xD. Oh man, now you made me crave for something...

"Well, my opinion is that he did. The points were obvious. From my deduction, so to speak, , I guess it started from where I slipped up, and I kind of...mentioned my fight with you in one conversation that night. I guess due to what Cloud said, it sent him into suspicion, so from there, he...," Tifa stopped her explanation there, not knowing what else happened so she could continue what she guessed Axel did. If he didn't tell her, than it was apparent he wanted to keep it, so that perhaps meant he must have weaseled something in one of their conversations, because Rei admitted that she told Axel of her aura. "Did he mention anything that had to do our fight, or power? Anything like that? Is that when, you know, you told him of auras?"

 

OOC: Haha! And the thing is, my mom probably fell asleep on the couch in the living room, right between my room and the kitchen xDD.

Rei thought back to the dance, of how it had come up. "Well, we were talking about the dodgeball game, and since it I was pedicting his movements as well, he asked. Do you think he might have asked on purpose? You know, just to confirm his suspicions?" Rei sighed as her stomach rumbled. Standing, she smiled and walked into the kitchen portion ofthe room. "Hey, you hungry at all? Feel free to raid the cabinets."

 

OOC: Lol. And you made Rei hugnry too XD. But darn, that sucks.

As she heard her words, Tifa confirmed even before Rei questioned if he did it on purpose. Of course he did so intentionally, that wouldn't have been brought up then. She face palmed as she laughed at Axel's audicity, shaking her head. "That sneaky son of a b*tch!" The whole thing was amusing, expected, but she wished she would've been there to see how that worked out. Hearing Rei's offer, she shook her head kindly as her giggles subsided with a smile, raising a hand as to say that she was fine. "I can't believe it...see, that's why you should be more careful when speaking to that guy. He definitely knows, alright, whether he'll ever say it...that's another thing. Unless, you do."

Rei had been drinking a glass of water and choked, swallowing before laughing along with Tifa. She set the glass down before opening the freezer and nabbing a bag of pizza rolls. Rei opened it and dumped a good amount onto a plate and stuck them in the microwave.

Leaning against the counter, Rei grinned manically. "He'll get what's coming to him one day, for sure. But now, when he tries to pull something like that again, I'll know."

 

"Good then, how, I do not know, but good," Tifa chuckled, leaning against the comfy back rest of the couch as she let herself go to relax. There was one, last thing, she wanted to ask, and that will be what really places this in conclusion. Sighing, she took a more serious turn, looking at Rei thoughtfully, and wondering. "You know...is a bit unethical of me to say this, but how does it feel to...have the one you like kiss someone else the same way he did you?" Pausing, she thought over why she asked, just to be comforted that she reacted in right when Cloud was kissed. She then inquired what she truly wanted to know. So..after all this, where is it that you guys stand?"

 

OOC: Man, making me think this late at night, sheesh xDD.

Rei drummed her fingers onthe counter. "That's okay, I guess I've wanted to ask myself that too." Hearing the microwave beep, she retrieved the hot pizza rolls and put them in a large, green bowl. "It's like whenever he's not there, you're wondering whether he's with her or not. It makes you uneasy, you know?" Rei sat down on the again, taking a bite of a pizza roll and swallowing it. "I guess we still stand as very close friends, but I can tell he's attracted to me somehow. Like each time he stiffens, it's like he's paralyzed. I wonder if Larxene does that to him too..."

 

OOC: My eyes are kind of drooping xP, but the thing we have in Rivals is almost done, I think.

Tifa scratch her head, a bit akin to Axel the same way where he's either being sheepish or in thought. "Well...there are different ways to react on different people depending on the situation. I'm guessing, and this is a hypothesis, from what I know so far, is that he stiffens because of the...maybe because of how you are friends, but there's something more there, like he's attracted to you somehow. He wants to ignore this, do you get me? So he gets all tense when you touch him since he might not know what to do, or what might happen. That, and he might think is wrong now that he's doing...whatever him and Larxene are." She eyed her for a second, before waving it off casually. "Then again, that's just my opinion...yet I do wonder on his thoughts for that blonde...did he hinted anything on that when you guys were together?"

She thought that by the way Rei was talking they were going out as boyfriend and girlfriend, but that wasn't the case, unfortunately.

She got up.

 

Aaron stood as well, and made his way to Angel's side. "Alright, it's your pick." He smiled brightly, as he held out his hand for her in a gentleman-like way.

Rei listened to Tifa intently, absorbing the idea. "I think that's our best guess. But whatever they're doing, obviouly, they're trying to keep it secret. They acted like they hated each other at the dance, but even then I knew about them. As for Axe'ls feelings, it's hrd telling."

 

Tifa sighed. "They have to keep it a secret, unless they both want to be kicked out, they're not even suppose talk to each other period. Axel will probably tell Roxas, he tells that kid everything, and he won't kick him out, but if anyone finds out, then that'll mark Roxas as picking favorites to his best friend... Axel's already second-in-command as it is. He's stupid for risking it." She stopped, her eyes fluttering as she thought some more of Rei's last sentence. "But Axel has known Larxene for a long time, as much as Roxas I think, they just never really talked. If they did, it was insults. Remember? They were violent? What you saw in the school yard was one time, but that's around when Larxene admitted that she keeps thinking about him when he wanted the answer of why she was hitting him so much, blaming him, and such."

She coughed a little. "Axel keeps mentioning that time in the office on the first day of school, so that must be where it began to change...Riku, the Prep, was taking about peace way after that, and Larxene was interested in it...eck. I don't know this one, Axel never told me much at all...they have a tiny history though."

 

She took his hand and was trying to think of something they should get.

......a steak and cheese sanwhich sounds great right now.....so does a hamburger.......cheeseburger.......but......hmm.....maybe....tacos?.......even though I don't really like tacos?.......burritos?......

.......well.......uh........I'm....really hungry right now.....and......I'm kind of going for a burger......but it's your call.....

 

Rei was suprised to hear how long they had known each other. "Yeah, I know about how they had to hate each other, but why, after years of disdain, they would fall for each other. It's beyond me. I don't mean to sound petty or anything, by saying this, but... why would he be interested in someone he can't have?" Rei rested her elbow on the pillow, holding her cheek. "Maybe... he is attracted to me... and he's wondering this himself." Pausing again, she took another bite of a pizza roll. "What's she got that I don't?"

"Actually, that sounds pretty good right now." Aaron smiled brightly, leading them to the appropriate line. It wasn't very long, and he took the waiting time to glance at the prices. Burgers were 500 Munny apiece, so he had plenty for the both of them and drinks. When it was finally their turn, he ordered his own and turned to Angel. "Whatever you'd like, Angel."

Focusing back on Axel, Larxene pasted on a smile on her face. "No...everything's...fine," she reassured him, as she quickly brought her arms around his neck.
Bringing her body even closer to his, she brought her mouth to his once more, trying to make sure he wouldn't discover her little insecurity...
