KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Roxas squeezed her hand lightly as he gently led her to the couch. He turned his head and looked at Namine, a soft smile on his face. "Have a seat," he said softly.

OOC: Ugh. I have to get off in around 5 minutes. We'll have to wait until tomorrow to finish this once I have to go. =(

 

Namine looked into Roxas' piercing blue eyes and nodded, a small smile on her lips. "Okay," she said softly, lowering herself onto the couch.

OOC: No problem; I've already been yelled at for being on here too long tonight. xD

 

Roxas' soft smile stayed on his face as he took a few steps over and reached down. Once he had it in his grasp, he held his acoustic guitar in his hand as he made his way to sit down next to Namine on the couch.

OOC: xD Gotta go. Bye!

 

Namine's soft blue eyes followed Roxas as he picked up his guitar, and then started over toward her. She was aware that she was holding her breath.

OOC: Okay, bye!

 

Roxas sat down next to her and moved his guitar into ready position, holding the neck in his left hand and his guitar pick in his right hand. He took in a soft breath and then looked up from his guitar at Namine. He offered her a soft smile.

 

Namine turned her body slightly so she could face Roxas better. Her crystal blue eyes connected with his piercing blues and she softly returned his smile.

 

Roxas let his smile stay on his face, his piercing blue eyes looking into Namine's light blue before he flitted them to his guitar. He waited one second and then took his guitar pick and strum the guitar, starting out the song.

OOC: Okay, I have 2 songs I want to do, but I'm not sure which. So I need your help, 'kay? xD Considering this is Roxas, it's either "Tell Her" or "Beautiful Soul" by Jesse Mac, and I don't know which to use. I originally planned to use "Tell Her" which is how the thought came up when I was listening to the song. xD

 

Namine bit her lip lightly and let her eyes shift to his guitar when she heard the first chord of the song.

OOC: I don't know much JM, but I do love Beautiful soul. =)

 

Roxas played the first few chords with his guitar, seeming as if he had played for years, which he had been. His fingers moved along with the notes as he strummed them out, his eyes closing as he sang the first note.

"Oooh," he sang, his voice hitting the notes perfectly.
"I know how it feels,
to wake up without her;
Lyin' here all alone,
just thinkin' about her..."

OOC: For some reason, I'm leaning more toward Tell Her. xD Oh, and if you listen to the song and imagine him singing it, it's pretty awesome. I do it with one song for Sora, and I love it. 8D (I know, I'm weird.)

 

Namine folded her hands in her lap, feeling chills as she heard Roxas' voice enter her ears.

OOC: That's cool. xD I'll go listen to the song now. =)

I know she knows but won't you please..." Roxas continued, opening his eyes as he strummed the chords. His eyes locked on Namine's.

Just tell her I love her..." Roxas looked into Namine's eyes as he sang, his voice hitting each of the notes as he played the guitar.

 

Namine felt tears flood to her eyes as Roxas sang to her, the lyrics making her heart warmer and more cared for than she already felt. As she kept her soft blue eyes locked with Roxas', she was slightly aware that she was holding her breath again.

 

Roxas glanced down at his guitar as he strummed the strings of the guitar for a few seconds, the next verse arriving.

And when I catch her eye..." Roxas locked his gaze with her again.

Namine exhaled softly when Roxas looked back up at her again, his blue eyes piercing into hers. She blinked softly, feeling heat rush to her cheeks as she kept looking at him.

 

Roxas felt his lips form a little of a smile as he continued playing.

Everytime that I'm around her
I just go to pieces
crashing, tumbling to the ground
I'm so glad I found her."

The music softened a little, as well as Roxas' voice.

"I know how it feels..." Roxas paused his playing before starting up again.

..Yeah," Roxas sang, closing his eyes as he hit the high note.

...She's the one thing that I could never live without," Roxas' voice let out as he kept his eyes closed, hitting the high notes.

Just tell her I love her," Roxas sang softly at the end, softly strumming the strings of the guitar, finishing the song as the last chord rang out from his acoustic guitar.

OOC: Sorry it took so long! My mom stole it from me for half an hour. =/

 

Namine shift her gaze to her hands in her lap as Roxas continued to sing. She shut her eyes halfway, a small smile on her lips as she felt her cheeks grow even more warm. She looked up at the pause, and then she heard him continue. Exhaling softly at the sound of his beautiful voice, she let her tear filled eyes shut as she listened to Roxas finishing the song.

OOC: Not a problem; I TOTALLY understand.

 

Roxas let the last chord he played fade out, his eyes opening. As the silence filled the air, his eyes locked onto Namine, taking in her beauty. He played that song with all his heart, every drop of love he had going into it with meaning.

 

"Roxas..." Namine said softly, her voice almost a whisper. She lift her head slightly as she opened her cystal blue eyes and looked at the boy she loved with all her heart. "That was beautiful..." a small smile found a spot on her face as she looked at Roxas.

 

Roxas smiled lovingly at her. "I'd only sing that song for you, Namine," he said softly as he gazed into her watery blue eyes.

 

Namine felt her smile grow at Roxas' softspoken words. She blinked once, one stray tear sliding down her cheek as she looked into the piercing blue eyes that gazed back into hers.
