KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Kairi turned herself so she was sitting down on the black ground, the same darkness surrounding her. She couldn't see anything, or hear anything. What happened? Why was she here?

 

Sora bit down harder on his lip, feeling sick to his stomach. He had hardly gotten any sleep last night, and now his body was reacting. Ugh, he could never get a break, could he?

 

Kairi remembered this place. She'd been here before when she was in the hospital. But she hadn't been alone; she had been with Sora somehow. Kairi brought a hand to her head in both pain and frustration. It didn't make any sense. Was she supposed to be here for a reason? Or was she just conked out?

 

Sora looked down and saw a trashcan beside his bed. He hadn't noticed it before, but he was thankful that it was there now. He shakily grabbed at the trashcan and forced himself into a sitting position, his head in the wastebasket as he vommit.

 

Kairi suddenly remembered what happened in her bathroom. The girl in the mirror--it was a reflection of Kairi, but it wasn't really her. Kairi didn't understand it, how could she see the girl speaking, and hear her own voice when it really wasn't happening? Had she just been delusional? The redhead shook her head. That didn't matter now. She was stuck here, and she didn't know what to do about it.

 

Sora coughed and gagged as he spit into the wastebasket. After he was finished, he set it down on the floor and laid back down, eyes wide as he gasped for breath. He put a hand to his face and noticed how cold pale he was.

 

Kairi pushed herself up and looked down. She noticed that she was in the same clothes she had on when she passed out--a hooded sweatshirt and sweats. She sighed and looked around. There had to be some way out of here, and all she could think to do now was to walk around.

 

Sora sighed shakily and let his head sink into the pillow, his body shaking from the sickness he felt. What was wrong with him? He hadn't felt this bad in a while.

 

Kairi just started toward the direction in front of her, even though she could only see darkness. She looked around uneasily, not really sure what to expect here.

 

Sora shut his eyes and tried to take control of his breathing again.

 

Kairi looked down at her bare feet as she walked, not really sure what to do. Would she have to conquer something in order to escape? Or would she just have to wake up?

 

After a few moments, Sora's heartrate was almost back to normal. He let out a shaky sigh and put a hand to his cheek, which he realized was wet with tears.

OOC: Just wondering, but do you want Sora to come in or something?

 

OOC: Uh...I guess, but I'm just kind of rambling at this point. I'm not really sure where I'm going with it yet. xD

Kairi bit her lip and closed her eyes as she continued in the darkness. She just needed to calm herself and think through this. Maybe then she could get out of here.

 

OOC: 'Kay, I wasn't sure. xDD

Sora exhaled softly, exhausted. Not just physically, but emotionally too. Being alone really took its toll on him. He was so used to being with people, and he hated this lonely feeling he had in his heart. And it wasn't just loneliness, but he also had a sense that something wasn't right. But he had no idea what.

 

Kairi felt like she had been walking forever and stopped, sighing. She sat herself down on the black ground and eventually lied down.

 

Sora let out a soft sigh before he fell out of conciousness.

The next thing he knew, he was falling. He didn't see anything to prove that fact, because everything was pitch black. But he could tell that there was no ground beneath him. What was going on!? He panicked, opening his mouth to scream as he plummet down into the darkness. But he had no voice.

 

Kairi closed her eyes, tears welling up behind her closed eyelids. She hated this. All of it.

 

Sora grunt softly when he suddenly landed on his stomach, the ground pitch black. He shut his eyes tightly when he felt his head hit the floor.

 

Kairi didn't understand why she was here. Yes, she had collapsed and left conciousness apparently, but she could've just woken up hours earlier without even being here. However, she wasn't. She was here instead of taking the other path, which upset her and allowed one tear to escape her eye.

 

Sora stayed still for a moment, and then he shift. He put his arms underneath him and forced himself into a sitting position. And then he got a good look at where he was...or rather, what it was like. It was all pitch black. And he didn't understand why. Where could he have possibly gone that would be so dark? Sure, he had been feeling down, but there was just no way that his heart and turned so dark because of that.
