KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Namine let her eyes close again, the girl releasing a breath silently. This moment was nice, and it didn't matter to her how long it continued.

 

Roxas' ears picked up a strumming of guitars in the hidden speakers nearby, a slow song starting to play around him and Namine as they stood in the center of the garden. He loosened his grip a little more, turning his head to the left slightly to look at Namine.

 

Namine felt Roxas' arms loosen around her, but she figured that it was probably because he was starting to get uncomfortable. They had been standing like that for a while now, after all. The sound of guitar strumming entered her ears, but Namine didn't really pay attention to that.

 

Roxas' lips spread to form a small smile as he noticed a glimpse of Namine's expression. He leaned forward slightly and pecked her cheek lightly before pulling back, also loosening his grip around her even more, bringing both of his hands to her sides.

 

Namine felt a faint smile appear on her lips when Roxas pecked her on the cheek, the girl opening her eyes partway. When she felt Roxas pull himself away even more, Namine opened her eyes fully and turned her head, catching a glimpse of the boy behind her.

 

Roxas stepped to the side slightly, his left hand moving to the middle of Namine's back as his right lifted off her side completely. He looked into the girl's light blue eyes, offering his right hand out to her. "Would you like to dance?" he asked softly, hearing the music still playing in the background.

 

Namine felt a soft smile spread on her lips as she looked over at Roxas, seeing his piercing blue eyes looking back into her sky-blue orbs. "Sure," she answered softly, lifting her hand and gently sliding it into Roxas'.

 

Roxas smiled as he let his fingers gently wrap around Namine's hand, his eyes on hers. His other hand left her back as he started leading her over to the side a little, not wanting to be so close to the water fall while he danced with her.

 

Namine gently lifted her dress with her free hand, following Roxas to a more open area as the soft music played behind them.

OOC: I gotta go for the night, bye! I'll be on later tomorrow because of practice.

 

Roxas stopped once they were in a more open area, the boy's eyes on Namine. Holding her hand, he lifted it to his right shoulder, getting ready to dance.

OOC: Okay. See you later!

 

Namine kept her soft gaze on Roxas' eyes, the girl stopping when he did. She silently raised her right hand, lifting it and setting it lightly on his shoulder.

 

Roxas released Namine's hand and let his own rest on her side, his other hand doing the same. He offered her a small smile as he slowly started the dance.

Namine smiled softly, the girl gazing upward into Roxas' ocean-blue orbs as the music played. She gently let her arms slide back, wrapping them lightly around Roxas' neck as they slowly danced.

 

Roxas' smile grew slightly, his teeth showing a little as he gazed at the girl he loved. Right now...it was so peaceful, and he hoped it would stay that way for quite some time. His bright blue eyes stayed on Namine as he gently danced with her.

 

Namine's soft smile grew slightly at Roxas' smile, the girl feeling a pang of happiness at his expression. As the soft, peaceful music continued to play, Namine let her smile fade again, though it was still clearly visible on her face.

Roxas' smile faded a little as the calm moment continued, a smaller, content smile on his lips. His hands stayed on Namine's sides as he slowly danced with her, the music's lyrics entering his ears.

 

As Namine let Roxas lead her, she couldn't help but notice how gentle he was being. Not only with the dancing, but his loving gaze showed gentleness as well. Though it was something very simple, that was one emotion that made Namine feel very at ease at any time or place. And she was sure that Roxas knew that.

Roxas let his eyes stay on Namine's, her sky-blue eyes gently looking back into his ocean-blue. As the music continued to play, he inhaled the scent of flowers around them, which only made the moment better, the boy finding it different...but romantic to dance in a garden.

 

It's as if this song were made for us, Namine mused, surprised at how well the music fit to everything she and Roxas had been through. Namine knew that she was safe in his arms, no matter what. He had protected her from everything that came her way, whether it was...physical pain, or emotional pain. He never left her through any of it, and she knew that he always would stay with her, and she with him. Nothing could seperate them.

Hearing the lyrics of the song, Roxas knew that it fit both him and Namine. He was her guardian, protecting her from any harm and acting as her shield. He would never stop being that shield. Ever. Roxas' smile grew slightly as he got the feeling the music would pick up, the boy moving his right hand off of Namine's side and gently bringing it up to her arm and toward her hand, preparing to take her hand and twirl her.
