KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Namine nibbled on her lip lightly, her eyes flitting to the floor. She was uncomfortable in the loud room, despite the fact that the people that were in this general area weren't too roudy. Holding her dress with her hand, she continued to walk by Roxas' side, the two silent now.

Sora softly released a breath, the cooling wind having a soothing effect. His bangs shifted in the wind, settling over his eyes partway. But he made no move to fix that, since now he was caught up in gazing at Kairi's eyes again.

 

Roxas happy to hear the noise of the room fade slightly as he grew closer to the staircase, Namine by his side. They needed a peaceful moment after the loud ones, as well as the awkward.

Kairi's smile grew ever so slightly, the girl taking one of her hands off Sora's chest and using her fingers to gently brush his bangs out of his cerulean eyes.

 

Namine kept her gaze lowered, not wanting to look around the room. She wasn't going to risk seeing anything that would make her more uneasy. However, she had a feeling the discomfort inside her would fade soon. Why? Roxas was taking her to show her something, and despite the fact that she had no idea what it was, she was looking forward to it...whatever "it" was.

Sora's faint smile grew at Kairi's gentle touch, his eyes shutting in comfort. It was as if the awkward moment had never happened, at least, that's how he felt. Kairi's caring touch took away his awkwardness, and it also made him hold his breath. Kairi had great power over him, and she surely realized it. The way she acted always affected his emotions and in this case, that was a very good thing.

 

Roxas led Namine through the room, now reaching the stairs. "Watch your step," he said softly, holding her hand tightly as he took the first step down the staircase, turning his head to face her.

Kairi felt her smile grow a little more at the expression held across Sora's features, the look making him appear even more adorable and handsome than he already was. She let her hand go from his forehead to his cheek, cupping it in her palm for a second as she stroked it with her thumb slowly a couple times.

 

Namine nodded softly, her eyes going to Roxas for a brief moment before going back to her feet. Lifting her dress a little more, she started heading down the stairs, watching her step carefully as Roxas advised her to.

Sora's soft smile grew at Kairi's touch, his eyes opening and wandering down to the hand that was on his cheek. With half-open eyes, he watched Kairi's thumb run over his cheek, the feeling giving him faint chills.

 

Roxas smiled slightly and turned his gaze forward, holding Namine's a little tighter as they descended the stairs. Only a little more ways to go, and then they would be there.

Kairi's rubbing motion slowed gradually until her thumb came to a halt on Sora's cheek. She had to admit, now that Roxas and Namine were gone, it felt as if the confrontation never happened, and she and Sora were still wrapped up in their own moment. And that was true, because they were.

 

Namine gracefully descended the stairs, having no trouble walking her heels. Her hand rested lightly in Roxas, gripping it more lightly than the hold Roxas had.

"You want to try that again?" he asked softly, opening his eyes fully and finding Kairi's violet-blue orbs. They were finally feeling at peace again, and he wondered if perhaps they could repair the moment that had been mistakenly ruined.

 

Roxas kept his eyes on the last stair as it grew closer and closer as he descended the staircase next to Namine. He couldn't help but question his suprise; will she like it? What if she doesn't? How will she react? What could he do to redeem himself is Namine wasn't enjoying herself? These questions ran through Roxas' mind as he held Namine's hand, feeling her tighter grip on his as they made their way closer to the bottom of the set of stairs.

Kairi's eyes looked into Sora's, the girl taking in his soft-spoken words. She felt her smile grow, her teeth showing slightly behind her lips. She blinked her violet-blue orbs once, nodding slightly in silence. "Sure," she agreed in a soft voice, her hand still on Sora's cheek.

 

Namine lifted her eyes slightly, seeing that they were approaching the last stair. The noises from above were fading, and she was glad that they were away from the crowd now. Still though, where was Roxas taking her? And why did Kairi seem to know what he was talking about? Her friend had given her a soft wink, and her facial expression had made Namine curious. She must have been missing something, since they both were acting a little odd.

Sora's soft smile grew at Kairi's response, the teen feeling delighted at her answer. "Okay," he said quietly, his smile starting to fade away. He brought up his hand and let it land lightly on Kairi's cheek before leaning his head down, pressing his lips gently against Kairi's for the second time in a short time.

 

Roxas held Namine's hand as they stepped down on the last stair and then onto the floor of the first story, the sounds from the ball much quieter from where the two of them were. He was glad, because that would help make this surprise for Namine just that much better.

Kairi got that familiar feeling again, like her heart would leap out of her chest, as Sora kissed her. She kept one hand against the boy's chest as the other stayed on his cheek, the redhead's eyes closing as she kissed the boy she loved with all her heart.

 

Namine blinked softly, looking around. There wasn't anything special about this area, so she doubt that this was the surpise Roxas wanted to show her. But if this wasn't it, then what was he going to show her...?

Sora's eyes flickered shut as he lightly kissed Kairi, one hand resting on her cheek and the other on her lower back.

 

Roxas turned his gaze to the blonde beside him, a smile coming to his face as a sweet chuckle left him. He squeezed her hand. "This isn't it," he said with a smile. "Just trust me."

Kairi let her hand on Sora's cheek travel from his face to his neck smoothly, the girl's fingers finding the back of his neck. As Kairi kissed the brunet softly, she started fingering Sora's spikes, her hand resting on the back of his neck while her other hand still rested against his chest lightly.

 

Namine turned her head toward Roxas when the blonde spoke, his adorable chuckle bringing a smile to her face. She had kind of figured that out already, but she was happy to hear his voice again anyway. "I do trust you," Namine said with a smile. "Completely."

Sora felt chills at Kairi's loving touch, his heart beat increasing at the gentle gesture. She completely had hold of his heart now, the girl causing all the good emotions inside him to grow inside him.

 

Roxas' smile grew at Namine's words, and her smile. It was one of her beautiful, angelic smiles--ones that often caused his heart to skip a beat at just the sight. He kept his eyes on her for a second before turning his gaze, leading her to the right of the staircase so they could arrive at the destination.

Kairi felt a pang of warmth inside her heart as the delicate kiss continued between her and Sora, the girl loving that feeling. Her violet-blue eyes stayed hidden behind her eyelids as she kissed Sora, her fingers continuing their gentle movement.

 

Namine's soft smile stayed on her lips as she started walking again, her eyes staying on Roxas. What she said was completely true; she did trust him completely. And she had a feeling that keeping her eyes on him would only show him that even more than her normal actions.

Sora continued to kiss Kairi lightly, staying in the same position. But as their moment went on, Sora had the desire to be a little closer to her. He gently pressed his hand into her lower back, bringing himself closer to the redheaded girl that he loved so dearly.

 

Roxas felt a soft, gentle gaze on him, causing his soft smile to spread a little, the boy revealing his teeth slightly as his gaze lowered the the ground a little out of slight shyness. Roxas continued walking, sure of where he was going now. The garden wasn't that much farther.

Kairi felt her heart skip a beat when Sora lightly pressed against her lower back, coming closer to her. When their lips seperated in between kisses, she felt herself smile before her lips met Sora's again, a burst of happiness and love going through her.

 

Namine felt her smile widen at Roxas', the girl able to see a bit of shyness in him. She kindly looked away, letting her eyes fall to the ground as they walked to the destination.

Sora felt his lips turn up in content, the teen feeling Kairi's love inside his heart. Since they were connected in that way, he could often feel her emotions, though not as strongly as she did. But this love...her love for him, it was so overwhelmingly strong, that it was hard to imagine that the love could get any stronger.

 

Roxas bit his lip a little as the smile remained on his face, even though the soft gaze had left his form. He lifted his gaze, seeing that they were close now, but not enough for Namine to actually know where they were going...not that he thought she did anyway. He turned his gaze to her, his small smile on his face. "There won't be any awkward confrontations this time," he said with a tiny bit of humor. "I promise."

Kairi's hand on Sora's chest moved a little, the girl finding the lapel of Sora's tux as she kissed him lightly. This moment she was experiencing--the love and passion so strong around them--made Kairi feel like she could just melt away.

 

Namine lifted her gaze to Roxas, her soft smile staying on her lips at his promise. "I should hope not," she said with a soft laugh, the girl gazing up at Roxas with sparkling blue eyes.

Sora kept kissing Kairi, feeling her hand moving over his chest. He gently let his hand slide off her cheek, the hand landing on her shoulder as the kiss continued.

 

Roxas' smile grew as he chuckled softly at Namine's reply. He looked at her for a moment longer as he thought back to just moment ago when he had accidentally walked in on Sora and Kairi. He was a little relieved to know that they wouldn't have that down in the garden; that is, of course, unless Sora and Kairi watched them from the balcony. Roxas never really thought about that, though.

Kairi felt chills at the slight touch as her lips stayed in contact with Sora's. Every time he touched her she reacted in a similar way, whether it was chills, her heart skipping a beat, or a shy smile. Sora always knew how to make her smile, and she was sure he knew he was making her smile internally now, their light kiss restricting her from smiling physically.
