KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Sora continued to lightly kiss Kairi, his gentle grip on her arm loosening slightly. He gently lowered their hands, which were still together from their dance.

Namine felt heat rush to her face at Roxas' compliment, those simple words touching her heart. "Thank you," she said softly, her soft smile widening as her cheeks pinkened.

 

Kairi felt the urge to smile, but fought it off as she kissed Sora. That feeling of happiness and love was in her heart, causing her to feel a pang of warmth. She moved her hand from Sora's shoulder to his neck lightly, feeling a few of his spikes touch her fingers.

Roxas smiled softly. "Of course," he said softly. He meant the compliment with all his heart, because Namine really was beautiful tonight. He just wished there was a better word for it, beautiful not seeming to be enough.

 

Sora felt chills at Kairi's light touch, her fingers gently resting on the back of his neck. He continued to kiss her softly, feeling fortunate that this girl that he loved was his forever. No, not forever. Forever and a day.

Namine's smile faded slightly as she gazed at Roxas, the girl still feeling extremely happy in her heart. She couldn't tell if things around her were active or completely still, her focus completely on Roxas.

 

Kairi kissed Sora delicately, even though she was completely oblivious to the people around her. All that mattered to her now was Sora, and this moment they were sharing. This boy...this loving, gentle, caring, funny, compassionate boy...was hers.

Roxas gave Namine's hand a gentle squeeze, his other hand still placed on her side. Even if the music had ended, their moment hadn't. Tonight was special, and was going to get even more magical by every moment. Roxas was sure of that.

 

Sora held on a moment longer before gently pulling himself out of the kiss, his eyes staying shut in peace.

Namine felt her cheeks cooling again, and she was thankful, realizing that the pinkness from her blush was starting to fade. We've only been here for one song, and yet I feel as happy as I could ever imagine possible, Namine mused to herself, taking in that thought for the first time. How could this night possibly get better?

 

Kairi took in a soft breath before releasing it silently, her eyes staying closed in comfort. Even though she knew none of the people around her, she was still completely comfortable where she was. And that was because of the boy she was here with.

Roxas lowered his gaze from Namine's eyes to the hand he still held. He gently started running his thumb over it, focusing on that movement while his thoughts took over his mind. The fact that we're even here is great, but now that I know Namine's here, safe and with me, I can't help but think tonight will only get better.

 

Sora exhaled softly, releasing the breath through his nose. He kept his eyes closed for a few more moments, the aura surrounding him and Kairi very comfortable and peaceful.

Namine lowered her gaze to their hands, feeling chills at Roxas' gentle stroking. She sighed quietly in comfort, her eyes flickering shut in peace.

 

Kairi's hand still resting on the back of Sora's neck, she gently started fingering his spikes while she kept her eyes closed. The moment was peaceful, the girl completely unaware of a song playing in the background, already halfway through.

After everything we've been through, Roxas thought, maybe this was a good choice. We can just let all of our stresses go, even if they're still haunting us after these last few weeks. Roxas squeezed Namine's hand gently without thought. And even if something goes wrong, either today or tomorrow or somewhere down the line, I'll be here...for her. Whenever she needs me.

 

Sora felt himself relax at Kairi's gentle touch, his brown spikes being played with lightly. He had to admit, just the thought of Kairi touching him so softly and lovingly made Sora feel chills, but the now that it was actually happening, it made Sora feel a great pang of happiness in his heart...and chills, as well.

We've had some peaceful moments lately, Namine thought to herself, keeping her eyes closed. But it's never been quite like this. Tonight is special already, and as long as Roxas is close like he is now, I'll be happy forever. After everything that had happened, there had been some tense moments as well. Nights were Namine had woken up from nightmares, recovering from her injury, and regaining some of her courage...it had been a very hard journey. But through everything that happened, Roxas was always there. He sat by and held her when she had woken up crying from fears. He had basically waited on her hand and foot when she couldn't take care of herself. And his eyes gave her the courage she needed to make it through the day, when she couldn't have done it herself. I'll pay him back tonight, Namine vowed. Whatever it takes, I'll make sure that I let him know how grateful I am...for everything. His love, his protection...everything.

 

Kairi opened her eyes slowly, her gaze staying focused down on Sora's chest for a moment. The moment now was very peaceful, and she knew that the night ahead held even more moments like this.

Roxas kept his eyes on their hands for a moment, taking in a soft breath. He released the breath through his nose, his ocean-blue eyes immediately flitting up and finding Namine's face. She wore a peaceful expression across her features, which only made him smile a little more. He let his eyes fall on his hand still on her side, the boy gently letting it come off of her light blue dress and onto her arm lightly. He would always be her guardian angel, no matter what.

 

Sora's eyes flickered open, the teen gazing at Kairi's face despite the fact that she wasn't looking at him. She wore a peaceful expression, which made him feel even more at ease.

Namine opened her eyes at the soft touch, her gaze falling to the hand that now rested on her arm. A soft smile started to appear on her face, the girl feeling love behind the gentle gesture.

As Kairi looked at Sora's tuxedo, she felt a soft, loving gaze on her. And she already knew the source. She lifted her gaze from Sora's chest to his eyes, immediately greeted by their ocean-blue color as her gentle motion with her fingers continued.

Roxas let his hand lightly rest on Namine's arm, his eyes staying there for a moment before he flitted his gaze up to Namine's face.

Sora held Kairi's gaze softly, a faint smile appearing on his lips. The feeling of love that she gave him was so great, and it made Sora more happy than he ever thought he could be.

Namine let her hand slide a little bit, off of Roxas' shoulder and onto his chest. A soft gaze rested on her, and she immediatly knew whose gaze it was, since nobody else's gaze could hold such love and care. She flitted her eyes up again, her sky-blue eyes meeting his piercing blue orbs.

 

Kairi's motion slowly came to a halt, the girls fingers resting lightly on the back of Sora's neck as her eyes stayed locked with his. The aura that surrounded the two of them was too strong for anyone to break, meaning no one could ruin their peaceful moment. In a way, Kairi loved knowing that, feeling the love coming from Sora's eyes, and his heart.

Roxas smiled warmly at Namine when her eyes met his, the boy seeing the happiness in her light blue orbs. That was great; that was definitely what he wanted to see.

 

Sora gently brought up one hand and lightly ran his fingers over Kairi's forehead, some of her curled bangs in her face. He softly pushed it over to the side, back where it was supposed to be.

A smile appeared on Namine's lips again at the site of Roxas' smile, the girl loving to see that. His smile had always been very contagious. That was just one of the many things she loved about Roxas.

 

Kairi felt herself smile at Sora's gesture, the feeling of his fingertips trailing lightly over her forehead giving her chills.

Roxas kept his eyes locked with Namine's, his hand still resting on her arm while the other held her hand. The music echoed through the room around them, but he had been blocking it out, his main focus being the blonde that stood in front of him.

 

Sora softly brought his hand back to his side, his eyes catching Kairi's smile. A small smile appeared on his lips as well, the teenager seeing peace and happiness in their violet-blue depths.

Namine blinked softly one time, her gaze staying locked with Roxas'. Though things around them had gotten loud and crazy again, she took no notice of that. Roxas was the only thing on her mind, as well as the moment they were still having. Altough other people may have seen them as weird for just standing like this for a few minutes, she didn't care. She didn't care at all what other people thought of her and Roxas.

 

Kairi's smile stayed in place, Sora's own keeping it there. She didn't know what it was that fascinated her so much; was it his looks--his eyes and smile? Was it his personality--his humor and charm? Or was it the feeling that he gave her whenever she was with him--the feeling that she was only dreaming of something so great? Kairi exhaled softly through her nose, a pang of warmth in her heart telling her the real answer; it was all of him, every part of Sora. She loved every aspect of him; his gorgeous bright blue eyes, his gravity-defying spiky hair, his adorable chuckle; his sweet charm, his childish humor, his kind-heartedness, his love. His heart.

 

Sora's soft smile stayed on his lips as he gazed at Kairi, her violet-blue eyes holding his gaze. Tonight is going to be perfect, he thought to himself. I'll make sure of that. Sora moved his hand off of Kairi's upper arm, gently sliding it along her arm as he grabbed her hand.

 

Kairi blinked, escaping her thoughts as she looked down at the movement, catching it just as Sora reached her forearm. She felt chills go through her at the gentle movement, his hand grabbing onto hers. She wrapped her fingers around his hand gently in response, lifting her gaze back up to Sora.
