KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Sora worked his way through the people, trying to find the girl he loved. He looked all throughout the large group, but he didn't see the redhead.

Namine exhaled softly before inhaling deeply, entering the large group of people. Everything was so packed in there, but she knew that going in was her only chance of finding Roxas. So that was what she did.

 

Finding Sora was what Kairi wanted to do most at that moment, and that thought was what motivated her into slipping herself into the crowd, thankful that there was at least some room to walk. She weaved in and out of spaces between couples, looking for the boy she loved so dearly.

Roxas passed couples dancing to the loud music, his thoughts focused on Namine. Hopefully she wouldn't be that hard to find with other blondes in the room, the masks making it a little more difficult. But he was determined to find her, so then he could make sure she had a fun tonight.

 

Sora walked through various paths, slipping by people the best he could as he looked for Kairi. The crowd was much bigger than he thought...

Namine's eyes flitted up when she saw some sparkling, noticing something hanging from the ceiling. A disco ball...? Of course! If it caught her attention, maybe Roxas would notice it as well. The girl mumbled a polite "excuse me" as she walked through the crowd, heading towards the center of the dance floor.

 

Kairi stopped for a moment, turning her head as she looked for Sora. His spiky hair would throw him out in the open, and yet, she still couldn't find him anywhere. She bit her lip slightly starting to walk through the crowd again.

Roxas looked ahead of him, dodging couples as they danced to the music and had fun. At the moment, he was more concerned about finding Namine. He pushed himself forward, his eyes standing out against his black mask as he walked. He heard someone mumble something about the disco ball, and Roxas looked up immediately. He got an idea, and started in the direction of the middle of the dance floor. Hopefully Namine had the same idea as him, the boy also figuring that the middle of the crowd would be a more logical place to look.

 

Sora suddenly stopped, a soft sigh leaving him. This was starting to look hopeless. Where was Kairi, and why couldn't he find her...?

Namine made it to the center of the dancefloor, an open area right under the discoball. The blonde girl looked up, seeing it rotating above her. Then she lowered her gaze, looking around her. She still didn't see Roxas, but she figured that it was best for her to stay still. After all, if she kept moving...and Roxas did as well, then they would never find each other.

 

Kairi continued to nibble her lip, searching the crowd for those bright blue eyes or spiky brown hair. He had to be somewhere, she knew that for sure. Was he looking for her as well?

Roxas looked ahead of him as he walked, then glanced up to make sure he was travelling to the middle of the dance floor. He hoped he would find Namine there, or else it would take a while to search the whole crowd for her.

 

Kairi, where are you...? Sora turned around, searching for the redhead. This was much more difficult than he thought it would be.

"Would you like to dance?"

Namine turned around at the voice, not recognizing it. A shy looking, black haired boy had asked the question, and now he was waiting for an answer. "No thank you," Namine said shyly, feeling herself blush. Then, the boy walked away, leaving Namine alone in the center of the dance floor.

 

Kairi weaved her way through couples dancing, the loud music blaring in her ears. She nibbled on her lip, not sure as to where Sora could be. She lifted her gaze to look at the heads around her, wondering if she could spot his spiky hair anywhere. And if she didn't see him, maybe he could see her. I hope I can find him soon, she thought.

Roxas slipped his way past couples, making his way further into the middle of the dance floor. Wherever she was, he was sure Namine was searching for him as well.

 

Sora started walking again, and then he thought he saw something red. "Kairi?" he wondered aloud, heading over in that direction. It was the right shade of red, but was it Kairi's hair, or was it just something else...?

Namine bit her lip lightly, knowing that her cheeks were still red from her blushing. She sighed softly, lowering her head slightly. Her eyes were turned in the direction of the entrance, the opposite direction that Roxas was coming from.

 

Kairi exhaled through her nose, starting to lose hope. She walked slowly through the crowd, her hands still holding her dress up slightly from the floor so she didn't trip.

Roxas looked up, only a few feet away from being right under the disco ball. He lowered his gaze, squeezing through a couple. That was when his gaze fell on a blonde standing in the middle of the dance floor, alone in the open space. Could that be her? he thought to himself. Roxas slipped his way through another couple until he entered the open space, stopping a foot away from the blonde girl. His eyes scanned her, seeing her dressed in a sky-blue dress, her light blonde hair pulled back slightly and in loose curls. His eyes traveled to her face, though she was looking the other way. "Namine?" he asked, his voice a little louder than the music.

 

"Kairi!" Sora called through the crowd, weaving through the people. He had a feeling he had spotted her, but now she was moving away!

Namine heard her name spoken, making her lift her head. She smiled softly at the sound of it, recognizing the voice immediatly. She slowly turned herself around, holding onto her dress as she faced the blonde boy. "Hi," she greeted him shyly, her sky-blue eyes floating up to his.

OOC: I gotta go, bye.

 

Kairi stopped immediately at the sound of her name, turning around slightly as her eyes searched the crowd for the person who had called her name. She thought she recognized the voice, but she wasn't for sure over the music.

Roxas's eyes softened as he looked at the girl standing before him. His ocean-blue eyes took in her beauty, and he was speechless. His eyes met her light blue and he smiled, awe-struck by how great she looked. "Hi," he said, that being the only thing he could squeeze out in his moment of awe.

Sora held his breath when he saw the redhead turn around. Yup, that was definitly Kairi. And now...just taking in the beauty of her face alone, he was speechless. He managed to politely sidestep a couple though, taking a few steps closer to Kairi.

Namine smiled softly, her eyes looking at Roxas' ocean blue eyes. Then they slowly flitted down, taking in Roxas' features. She had never seen him in a tuxedo before, and he looked...incredible. The blonde girl wanted to compliment him, but she felt so tongue-tied already, so she stayed silent.

 

Kairi's violet-blue eyes searched the crowd, her gaze shifting from person to person as she slowly turned around to see more. She flitted her eyes among the many couples, looking for one single person to push their way through the crowd. Kairi's eyes flitted past a couple, but then she saw the spiky brown hair she knew so well. Her gaze shifted back, and that was when she saw those familiar ocean-blue eyes.

A small smile was on Roxas's face, the boy speechless as he gazed at the blonde before him. Namine looked so beautiful, even more than she did naturally. But she would always be beautiful in Roxas's eyes. But tonight, she looked stunning, and he realized he was holding his breath as he gazed at her. He let out a breath, his eyes on Namine's. "Wow. You look...amazing," he stated honestly, a little breathless.

 

Sora stopped when those violet-blue eyes met him, making him feel frozen. It wasn't specifically her appearance that made Sora feel so in awe, but the aura that was around her. Kairi was practically glowing, like the angel she was. "Wow," he breathed softly, his eyes staying locked with the girl's gaze as they stood a few feet apart.

Namine felt her smile grow at Roxas' simple words, the girl able to see that he was feeling a little flustered as well. "So do you," Namine managed to say, her sky-blue eyes staying locked with his piercing blues.

 

Kairi felt a sweet smile form on her lips when she heard Sora's breathless word leave his mouth. She looked down shyly for a second before flitting her violet-blue eyes back up to him, her eyes finding his white mask that brought out his blue eyes so much, making them appear so much brighter. And then her eyes traveled to his wardrobe, looking at his tuxedo. Sora looked...unbelievable. And Kairi was caught speechless as she stood a few feet away from him, couples around them.

Roxas brought his hand to the back of his head shyly, smiling at the compliment. He was still a little tongue-tied, Namine's beauty overwhelming. She was so radiant, and he wasn't sure how to express it through words, or actions.

 

Sora stood still, his eyes staying connected with Kairi's. She could see in her eyes that she was happy, and that glow in her eye made Sora feel more in awe. She always looks perfect in my eyes, Sora thought to himself. But tonight...wow.

Namine smiled shyly, knowing that Roxas was feeling the same emotion she was. She took one step forward and gently brought up her arms, hugging Roxas lightly. The blonde girl turned her head slightly, letting her head rest gently on Roxas' chest in comfort.

 

Kairi's smile grew a little at the look in Sora's eyes, seeing the sense of astonishment in them. This only made her blush slightly, the girl giggling a little in shyness before looking back up at the boy in front of her. She had never seen Sora in a tux before, but now that she did...she couldn't even find the right words to describe it. Sora was so adorable and sweet in Kairi's eyes, but now...he looked like Prince Charming.

Roxas felt his eyes widen slightly at the embrace, but he didn't object. He brought his hand down from the back of his head and wrapped it gently around Namine's back, along with his other arm as he looked down at her.

 

Sora smiled sheepishly at Kairi's giggle, hearing the shyness behind it. He took a few steps forward before stopping right in front of her, gazing at the beautiful girl the navy-blue dress. "H-hi," the brunette stumbled, feeling himself blush slightly in embarassment. He was very tongue-tied, and that came through in his expression and one spoken word.

Namine's soft smile grew at Roxas' embrace, the girl feeling gentless from the gesture. She lifted her head, her soft blue eyes wandering up to Roxas as they held each other lightly.

 

"Hi," Kairi greeted back, her smile softening some. She looked Sora in the eyes, seeing his somewhat flustered and slightly embarrassed expression. He was just as speechless as she was, so that feeling was obviously mutual. Kairi's eyes stayed locked with Sora's, her violet-blue orbs gazing into his piercing blue as the music rang out around them.

Roxas felt his smile widen slightly at the look in Namine's eyes, though he couldn't quite place it. It was a mixture of happiness, love, shyness, and excitement, and he was glad to see Namine portray those emotions. He would be sure to add to three of those throughout the rest of the night.
