KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Sora's smile softened when he saw something coming closer to the side of his head. He turned slightly, Kairi's head a little above his shoulder. He leaned over and lightly pecked her on the cheek, his breathing almost back to normal now that he had calmed himself down.

Namine smiled softly at the two in front of her, thinking about how adorable they looked together. And, more importantly, how happy they appeared to be.

 

Kairi felt her warm smile widen even more at Sora's gesture, a surge of happiness running through her at the small kiss.

Roxas's grin softened into a kind smile, his teeth showing slightly behind his lips as he looked at his friends. Even that small gesture represented how much Sora and Kairi loved each other, and he could see by the look on Kairi's face that she was just glowing from the kiss.

 

Sora slowly pulled back, releasing one last heavy breath before meeting Kairi's eyes. A smile immediatly appeared on his lips, the teen seeing how happy she appeared.

 

Kairi met Sora's bright blue orbs, causing her eyes to shine in happiness in response. She smiled at him in both joy and love, wrapping one of her hands around her wrist in front of Sora's chest as her arms stayed over his shoulders from behind.

 

Sora looked down slightly, seeing Kairi's arms wrapped around him. He smiled warmly, feeling the love and care behind her touch.

 

Kairi's smile softened a little, her teeth becoming hidden behind her lips as she looked down at Sora. A gentle breeze blew by, swiftly brushing her hair slightly.

Roxas felt his spikes being moved by the wind, the breeze brushing over his face, cooling him off a little.

 

Sora felt a gentle breeze impact him, making him release a soft sigh in comfort. It cooled him down from his run, which he was very thankful for. He shut his eyes for a moment, enjoying the wave of air.

Namine smiled faintly at the breeze, feeling some of her blonde hair being moved by the wind.

 

Kairi exhaled softly, letting her head rest against Sora's shoulder lightly.

Roxas took in a soft breath, breathing in the fresh air as he turned his head slightly. He had been so busy with his friends that he didn't realize how fast the sun was setting.

 

Sora opened his eyes, a faint smile on his face. He tilted his head to the side slightly, letting it rest against Kairi's head.

Namine softly released a breath, turning her head and seeing a setting sun. She was surprised that time had flown by so quickly.

 

Kairi closed her eyes for a second in comfort, a small smile on her lips. She opened her eyes again, noticing the slight sunset. Time had flown by so fast; Kairi was a little disappointed.

Roxas smiled slightly, the sight of the sun setting beautiful. Automatically, he tightened his grip on Namine slightly, the girl still on his back.

 

Sora looked ahead of him, noticing the sun setting. His eyes widened slighlty in surprise, the teen just now noticing how late in the day it was.

Namine blinked slightly, seeing the beautiful colors in the sky. Red, pink, orange...it was a very beautiful sight. She smiled softly, both at the beauty of it and at the recognition that Roxas was feeling the same thing she was. She leaned her head down slightly, setting it by Roxas' shoulder.

 

Kairi looked up at the sky, keeping her head against Sora's shoulder. She began to wonder when they would head back. Would they sit and watch the sunset for a little while?

Roxas turned his head slightly, seeing Namine out of the corner of his eye and smiling softly.

 

"It's sunset already?" Sora asked softly in disbelief. The day had gone by so quickly, probably because of how much fun he had.

Namine smiled weakly in agreement, her eyes flittering over to Sora. "I wish today didn't have to end," she admitted quietly. Everything had been so fun, and nothing had gone wrong. It was a terrific day for her, and she was sure that her friends felt the same.

 

Kairi moved her head slightly, letting her chin hover over Sora's shoulder. She sighed. "Time went by too fast," she said softly. She inhaled a breath and then exhaled it silently, letting her eyes wander the sky as she looked out at the sunset.

Roxas smiled faintly, turning his attention back to the sunset. He agreed with everyone; the sunset had come too quickly, time had gone by too fast, and he didn't want the day to end either. "Just remember," he started softly, "we can always come back and have more fun any day we want." His smile grew a little at the thought of it.

 

Sora smiled slightly at Roxas' words, nodding slightly in agreement. "You're right," he started. "We still have a lot more opportunities to make good memories. Not only here, but anywhere we go."

Namine's smile grew slightly at Sora's words, knowing they were true. Their friendship would last forever, and she was sure that they all would be making tons of fun, happy memories together again. Sometime soon, most likely. It was hard to go through a day like today and not want to have more fun.

 

Kairi smiled at Roxas's and Sora's statements. They were both right, definitely. They would have so many more playful and enjoyable days like today, a million more of them waiting for all four of them, waiting to be discovered. Kairi brought her arms up, wrapping them a little more around Sora at just the thought of it; spending more days with him, as well as Namine and Roxas, was going to be great.

Roxas kept his grip on Namine's legs as his smile grew a little, the boy keeping his gaze on the sunset as it gradually grew lower to the horizon with every passing minute. Even if the sun set, their high spirits wouldn't.

 

Sora smiled when he felt Kairi tighten her embrace around him, and she knew by this simple gesture that she was as happy as he was. He believed in what he said with all his heart; he would never lie about something that significant. He gripped Kairi's legs a little more tightly, while still gentle with the redhead he loved so dearly.

Namine kept her gaze on the setting sun, a faint smile on her lips. She moved her arms slightly, her elbows bending by Roxas' shoulders and her arms lightly laying next to one another on Roxas' upper chest.

 

Kairi smiled softly, letting the side of her head lean lightly against the side of Sora's. Her eyes stayed on the sky, the orange, pink, and purple colors slowly growing darker. A gentle breeze came from the front of her and Sora, gently pushing her hair behind her shoulders.

Roxas looked down at the slight movement, his smile widening a little as he tightened his hold on Namine's legs a little bit. He turned his head slightly, his lips kissing the skin on her arm for a brief moment before he pulled back, letting his eyes fall forward on the sky again.

 

Sora smiled softly at Kairi's gesture, the teen feeling her head lightly against his. He shut his eyes partway in relaxation, tilting his head slightly against Kairi's as he watched the sun set.

Namine smiled at Roxas' let kiss, the girl looking down at him just as the breeze blew. She saw his blonde bangs shift position slightly, and this only made him look more adorable in her eyes. After a moment, she looked away, watching the sun slowly disapear from sight.

 

Kairi's smile grew slightly, the girl feeling very comfortable in the peace-filled moment. She wanted to stay like this forever, just watching the sunset with her closest friends and her loving boyfriend. But she remembered what Roxas and Sora both just got done saying; they could make more memories, and possibly even better ones in the future. No, that wasn't a possibility. Kairi knew it would happen, and that knowledge caused a pang of warmth to go through her heart.

Roxas felt the wind slowly drift away, his bangs in his eyes slightly. He didn't bother moving them, because that meant he would have to set Namine down. And he didn't want to just yet, not while there was such a comfortable and loving aura around all of them.
