KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Sora chuckled at Roxas' playful joke, the brunette heading over in that direction as well.

Namine laughed at Roxas' statement, the blonde girl turning her head slightly and seeing Roxas and Sora coming towards them. The golden retriever was still over top of her, panting with its bad breath into her face.

 

Roxas knew there was a smile across his face, one that grew more when he met Namine's eyes. He chuckled a little as he came closer to the two girls, and the dog.

Kairi let her hand run over the dog's back, the girl's hand stroking it's golden coat as she laughed along with Namine.

 

Namine lightly brough up her hand, setting it on the side of the dog's head and turning it away from her face slightly. "Look's like you've made him jealous now, boy," Namine joked through her soft laughter, referring to Roxas' playful yell and the fact that the blonde teen was coming closer to her and the dog.

Sora continued to head over toward the girls, the brunnette a little behind Roxas because he was further away before.

 

Kairi saw the dog's tail wagging back and forth in happiness, and she smiled a little more as she giggled at Namine's words. Her hand went up to the dog's ears, scratching behind them as she ruffled the dog's fur.

Roxas had a smile on his face as he approached the girls and the dog, his eyes traveling to Namine and then to the dog again.

 

Namine saw the dog turn his head away, and Namine figured that this was her chance to get out from underneath him. She set her hands on the ground, starting to push herself away from the dog. She didn't make it far when the dog turned back toward her, his playful brown eyes staring down at Namine. The blond girl grinned sheepishly, seeing the dogs expression. She could practically imagine the dog's thoughts: "You think you can get away that easily? Yeah right!" Namine chuckled at the thought, shaking her head slighlty in amusement.

Sora picked up his pace to catch up with Roxas, coming up behind his friend. The three--Kairi, Namine, and the dog, were only a few feet away now, and he could clearly see that they all were as amused by this as he was.

 

Roxas slowed his pace as he approached the girls, stopping next to Namine and Kairi. His eyes fell on the dog, and he bent down slightly, putting his hands on his knees. "I think he's attached," Roxas joked before chuckling a little.

Kairi looked up at Roxas, softening her laughter a little as he spoke. She giggled at his words, her eyes traveling to the boy coming up next to Roxas.

 

Namine giggled at Roxas' joke, her eyes moving away from the dog and over to the boy by her side.

Sora grinned at the joke, kneeling down as well. He tilted his head slightly, inspecting the situation. "I think you're right," Sora stated, flitting his eyes away from the dog and over to his best friend.

 

Kairi's eyes traveled from Sora, to Roxas, and then to Namine. Her smile on her face stayed, her pearly whites present.

Roxas's eyes flickered to Namine for a moment, seeing how she was trying to get out from underneath the animal. He chuckled, bringing up one of his hands and setting it on the dog's head. "Alright, alright. Time to spread the love," he said playfully with a smile, trying to distract the dog and get it to cover someone else in wet kisses for a little while.

 

Namine smiled gratefully, seeing that Roxas was trying to distract the dog. She put her hands on the ground again and started to get out from underneath the friendly golden retriever.

Roxas kept his position standing up, bent over as he brought his other hand to the dog's head, scratching it behind both ears as it panted. He flitted his eyes over to Namine, seeing her start to get out from under the pet. Roxas shifted his eyes back to the golden retriever, its brown eyes on his and panting as he scratched it behind the ears.

Kairi let her hand come down from the dog's back and rest in her lap as she observed Roxas's movements, her joyful smile still on her face.

Namine finally pulled herself out from underneath the dog, the girl relieved to finally be out of the way of the pet's stinky breath. The dog's focus stayed on Roxas, the animal apparently finding a new best friend.

Sora smiled at the scene as he bent on one knee, sitting beside Kairi as he watched Roxas, Namine, and the dog.

 

Roxas saw the dog turn it's body toward him when Namine was out from under it. The boy let one of his hands come down as he let his other rub over the top of the dog's head. "Good boy," he praised.

Kairi's lips spread a little, a sweet smile on her face at the scene before her.

 

Namine smiled at the scene, seeing that the dog was clearly enjoying all this attention. "Looks like you've made a new friend, Roxas," Namine teased the blonde boy, her head turning toward him when she spoke the joke.

Sora chuckled at Namine's statement, his smile widening slightly at the joke.

 

Roxas turned his head slightly to look at Namine, a smile coming across his face. Just then he felt his hand fall from the dog's head as the dog moved, and then he felt something wet and slobbery lick his face. Roxas squeezed the eye on that side of his face closed, the smile fading a little. "Hey, hey!" he cried, knowing that the dog followed Roxas's orders before, and to really share the love.

Kairi started laughing again at Roxas's face when the golden retriever licked his face. This dog was really lovable, it seemed.

 

Namine laughed at Roxas' cry and facial expression, unable to hold back the laugh.

Sora heard the two girls laughing and he joined in, the brunette's laughter probably being the loudest in the group.

 

Roxas stood up straight, bringing his hand to his cheek and wiping off the slobber. He smiled in slight embarrassment, giggling a little behind his smile.

"I think he took you pretty seriously, Roxas," Kairi managed to squeeze out among her giggles.

 

"You did ask for it, Roxas," Sora calmed himself to get out that statement, though his laughter hadn't completely stopped.

Namine giggled and reached up a hand, setting it on the side of the dog's head. "Oh, come on boy; who do you really love? Me or Roxas?" She teased the dog through her laughter, her hand starting to run over the dog's large head.

 

Roxas laughed a little, both in shyness and amusement. He stepped over to the side and crouched down behind Namine, putting his hands on her shoulders. He looked at Namine and then at the dog. "Sorry, boy," he said to the dog jokingly, smiling. "She's mine."

Kairi smiled at the scene before her, her violet- blue eyes moving from the dog as it wagged its tail to Roxas and Namine.

 

Namine felt a pang of happiness when Roxas set his hands on her shoulders, and another at his statement. She turned her head back slightly, smiling warmly at Roxas.

Sora chuckled softly at Roxas' statement, his eyes flittering away from the dog and over to the two blondes.

 

Roxas looked down slightly at Namine, smiling sweetly at her.

Kairi's smile stayed on her lips as she looked at the blondes in the moment, feeling love coming from them. They were so cute, and so happy. Roxas and Namine were perfect for each other, Kairi knew it in her heart.
