KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Roxas smiled weakly and bit his lip as he took in a breath.

 

Namine brought up her free hand and wiped away the tear. She exhaled softly, loving being so close to Roxas. She hadn't felt this way in a long time.

 

Roxas leaned his head back slightly, seperating their foreheads as he opened his eyes and his hand went from her cheek to the back of her head.

 

Namine opened her eyes a crack and looked at Roxas, a small smile on her lips.

OOC: Gotta get off for the night, bye!

 

Roxas returned her smile and let his hand fall, bringing it back to his side.

OOC: Okay, bye!

 

Namine let her hand fall back to her side as she looked down at her lap.

 

Roxas let his eyes flit throughout the room, his eyes falling on the big green object in the corner of the room. He sighed softly. He never did take that tree down that day, but it had still been Christmas, so it didn't really matter. But now it was...Actually, he didn't know what day it was. He knew it had to be close to New Years though.

Kairi coughed weakly, feeling very fragile from her sickness. This was probably the worst it would get, and she'd only been sick for a day, so hopefully it wouldn't take 3 more days to recover. She wanted to be with Sora again.

 

Namine bit her lip and folded her hands in her lap.

 

Roxas leaned his head back against the couch and exhaled quietly, his eyes closing slowly. He didn't want to sleep, but wanted to relax.

Kairi grabbed a towel hanging up on a rack above her and pulled it down, folding it up so it was like a pillow and laying her head on the floor. She curled up into a ball, cold from her chills even though she had a hooded sweatshirt on over her.

 

Namine moved her hands to her side as she brought up her legs in front of her chest. She wrapped her arms around her legs and let her head rest in her knees. She shut her eyes halfway as she sat in that curled up position.

 

Roxas turned his head to the side, opening his eyes as it rested against the couch. His blue orbs found Namine's form, and he bit his lip.

 

Namine grabbed her legs more tightly and shut her eyes completely, letting out a quiet breath.

 

"You okay?" Roxas asked softly. Just the way she was positioned gave him the impression something was wrong.

 

Namine slowly opened her eyes and turned her head toward Roxas, her head still resting lightly on her knees. "Mmhmm," she answered softly, looking into Roxas' eyes for a moment and then looking away. She was actually thinking about her grandpa, but she didn't want to worry Roxas.

 

OOC: I strongly dislike getting kicked off the computer. x__x

Roxas kept his eyes on her, even though she looked away. He wasn't really convinced, but Namine knew she could talk to him about anything, so he wouldn't stress about it. She'd open up when she wanted to, and he respected that.

 

OOC: It's okay, the same thing kept happening to me yesterday. Dx

Namine exhaled softly and put her chin on her knees, shutting her eyes halfway and gazing down at the floor.

 

Roxas put his hand on her shoulder and rubbed it for a moment before letting it drop to his side. He turned his head and closed his eyes as he relaxed.

OOC: Be right back.

 

Namine bit her lip. Why had he taken his hand away? She turned around and saw him, relaxing into the couch. She put her feet down to the floor and leaned back too, right beside Roxas.

OOC: Okay

 

Roxas took in the warmth of his home, and it's scent. He felt comfortable again, not that he wasn't when Namine was with him in the hospital. He exhaled quietly and let the silence hang in the air.

 

Namine kept her arms at her sides as she relaxed into the back of the couch, her eyes shutting again.
