KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Roxas' smile softened along with Namine's, his eyes staying on hers. He reached up with his left hand, brushing away her bangs that were in her eyes a little bit.

 

Namine felt Roxas gently wipe away her bangs, and it made her feel happy. She raised her hand slightly and reached for Roxas' hand, lightly taking hold of it.

 

Roxas let his eyes leave Namine's forehead and find her sky-blue eyes. His smile softened as her hand held his.

 

Namine smiled softly as she lowered their hands, setting them down in front of her. She gently kept her hand wrapped around Roxas' hand, her thumb starting to lightly run over his skin.

 

Roxas' smile stayed on his lips, his eyes falling from Namine's to their hands together. The way they looked...connected, it just seemed right.

 

Namine softly released a breath, continuing with the light gesture. She loved Roxas so much; it was hard to imagine loving him even more than she already did. But these past few days had only increased the ammount of love she had for him, probably because she was spending all her time with him.

 

Roxas tightened his hold on Namine's hand slightly, his eyes following her thumb as it caressed his skin. His eyes flitted up to hers after a moment, finding nothing but love in her eyes.

 

After a moment, Namine shifted her sight from their hands to Roxas' eyes, feeling a gentle gaze on her.

 

"I love you," Roxas said softly. He was sure by just the love in her light blue eyes and the way that he acted toward her that Namine already knew. But the words left his mouth anyway, even if that were true.

 

Namine felt her small smile widen at the simple words, loving to hear them spoken. "I know," she stated with a laugh, her eyes staying connected with Roxas'. She turned serious after a moment before repeating the words back to him. "I love you too."

 

Roxas chuckled once, his smile growing on his face as he leaned forward, his lips lightly connecting with Namine's. He pulled back after a brief moment had passed, his eyes opening and finding hers again.

 

Namine's smile stayed on her lips as she gazed at Roxas, the moment full of peace and love. She gently squeezed his hand, glad that he was there with her.

 

Roxas smiled lovingly, enjoying the moment while they had it. But he knew many more were to come, as long as they were together.

 

Namine's eyes shone at Roxas' loving smile, the girl feeling his love being poured into her. Gosh, what would she ever do without him? That question went unanswered, becaust she knew that would never happen. They would always be together. Always.

 

Roxas kept his eyes locked with hers, love and care in his gaze. He gently squeezed her hand, but held it a little tighter. As much as he was enjoying this moment, he couldn't help but wonder if she needed more medicine now that she was awake.

 

Namine exhaled softly, blinking her eyes once before holding Roxas' gaze again.

 

Hating to ruin the moment, Roxas asked his question, knowing it had to be answered. "So...would you like more medicine?" His voice was soft as he glanced down at their hands before looking back up at Namine's eyes again. He didn't want her to go through even the smallest bit of pain.

 

Namine heard a faint, awkward tone in Roxas' voice, and she knew that it was because he didn't want to ruin the moment. Although the topic was still a little touchy, it didn't ruin the peaceful aura that surrounded them. Not completely, anyway. "Sure," she answered quietly, her gaze staying gently locked with Roxas' eyes.

 

"Okay." Roxas offered a small smile before lifting Namine's hand to his lips, kissing it lightly. He set it back down on the couch gently, loosening his hold as he started to stand. He let his hand leave hers lightly as he stood up straight. He flashed her a smile before starting out of the room.

 

Namine smiled softly at Roxas, her eyes following his movement.
