Roxas pulled back slowly and smiled softly at Namine. He moved his hand and tucked her blonde hair behind her ear.

 

Namine opened her eyes and let her eyes follow his hand as it tucked back some of her hair. She shift her eyes back to Roxas, a loving smile on her lips.

 

Roxas smiled softly at her, looking into her eyes.

 

Namine blinked, but she was unable to turn her eyes away from this powerful hold that Roxas had over her. The faint smile stayed on her lips as she gazed back at him, unable to do anything else.

 

Roxas' smile widened for a second as he laughed once softly. He was glad she was the one who was here with him.

 

Namine felt her smile widen slightly, though she was confused at his sudden laugh.

 

Roxas moved his hand to her cheek as he leaned forward and gently kissed her on the lips.

 

Namine smiled inwardly and kissed Roxas back gently, loving this moment more than anything else she had felt lately.

 

Roxas felt content when she kissed him back, savoring the moment.

 

Namine let her eyes shut as her hand found a place on Roxas' cheek.

 

Roxas smiled inwardly at her soft touch.

 

Namine continued to kiss him, feeling overwhelmed with a sense of being greatly cared for.

 

Roxas pulled away from the kiss slowly, his eyes opening slowly.

 

Namine kept her eyes shut as Roxas pulled away, too overwhelmed to open her eyes just yet.

 

Roxas stroked her cheek with his thumb, his face still close to hers. He smiled slightly and then closed his eyes as he leaned his forehead against Namine's.

 

Namine let out a breath and let a small smile appear on her face when Roxas put his forehead against hers.

 

"I love you," Roxas said softly, exhaling quietly. His thumb still stroked Namine's cheek as he kept his eyes closed while their foreheads were together.

 

Namine felt tears flood her eyes, hovering behind her closed eyelids. "I love you too," she whispered back, her hand still gently on Roxas' cheek.

 

Roxas smiled softly, loving to hear those words leave her mouth. He pressed his lips against hers again in a light kiss before pulling them back, his forehead against hers again.

 

Namine let out a breath and felt one tear slide down her cheek, unable to keep her emotions inside at his gentle touch.
