KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Roxas slept in his bed, turning over slightly under the covers as he started to wake. Unfortunately for him, he was having another nightmare, except this one was different; it wasn't of Smith or what happened at the warehouse. It was about Namine getting hurt, and then suffering from that particular injury. Roxas took in a breath, his eyebrows slightly furrowed as he grew closer to conciousness.

OOC: Oh no! I can't believe this! D8 My parents are kicking me off...just as we start, too. Dx Sorry, I'll see you tomorrow, okay? Bye!

 

After staying awake several hours later than Roxas, Namine fell asleep on the couch, having an uncomfortable night. It wasn't only physical pain that woke her up each hour or two, but also the nightmares, which were both about Smith and the jerks that beat her up in the alley way. Now, Namine slept in a huddled position on the couch, her body facing the back of the couch as she went through yet another nightmare.

OOC: Aww, that stinks. D8 Okay, see you tomorrow.

 

Roxas' eyebrows stayed furrowed as he went through the nightmare.

"Roxas?!" The blonde boy heard his name being cried in the alley, the soft voice accompanied by fear and sorrow. His eyes found her...his angel. His blue eyes locked with hers as he saw the emotions whirling inside them. Just then, his piercing blue orbs caught onto movement, and then a slapping sound echoed through the alleyway, along with his girl's cry. Roxas' eyes widened in disbelief and fear, stuck on Namine's expression; one of extreme pain and sadness.

Roxas' eyes narrowed in anger, his hands balling into fists. "That's enough, Jeff!" he hollered, his voice loud from anger as he started toward the boys who held Namine captive.

Jeff motioned for one of the boys to come beside him, his arrogant grin on his face. Roxas hated that look, and it was making him become angrier just hearing the guy speak. "What're you gonna do to stop me?" Jeff challenged.

Roxas only continued toward the guys, his blue eyes piercing through them in anger as he slowly got closer to them, and more importantly...Namine.

 

Namine was standing in the room with Kairi, who was still bound by her hands and legs to the pole. The blonde girl felt as if she should help her friend, but she didn't see anything she could use to cut the rope. Those thoughts were running through her head when she heard a soft sound behind her, toward the center of the room. The girl turned around and felt her eyes widen when she saw a man in black there, his eyes hidden behind glasses. Smith.

"Hello there, beautiful." The man spoke to her in a disgusting tone of voice, a sly smirk appearing on his lips.

Namine felt terror appear in her eyes as she took a few steps back, though she immediatly found she couldn't go any further; there was a wall right behind her. She pressed herself back against the wall, hands to her side as she watched Smith approach.

 

Roxas' eyes locked with the familiar sky blue once more, his expression softening as he came to a stop about ten feet in front of the guys. There was a mix of emotion in Namine's eyes; fear, but relief and hope. Roxas kept his eyes on hers for a moment, the blonde alone being his motivation. She was what he cared about most in the world, and he wasn't going to let these jocks fool around with her like she was some toy. Roxas' eyes shifted to Jeff, his gentle expression turning to a glare. "Just let Namine go, Jeff." His voice was slightly calm, Roxas trying his hardest to hold back the rage that wanted to explode.

Jeff only chuckled and smirked. "And why would I do that?" he wondered, taking one step closer to Namine. This triggered more anger inside Roxas, the blond's eyebrows furrowing.

Roxas was grinding his teeth together in his sleep, the nightmare affecting him greatly.

 

"Tell me, do you want to see Roxas?" The evil man asked her, that awful grin staying planted on his lips. "I'll take you to him."

Namine's eyes widened when he suddenly reached forward and took her by the arm, his grip tightly around her right arm. She struggled to break free, great fright running through her. "Let me go!" She cried out in fear, her voice showing her terror. "Let me go, you cr--" the sound of her voice was muffled, because Smith had brought up his other hand and covered her mouth tightly. She knew that the man was still glaring at her behind his glasses, and it only made her more frightened. The blonde brought up her left hand to slap him, but the man reacted too quickly. He released her right arm and then stopped her left mid-slap before moving back to the right arm, pulling them behind Namine's back forcefully.

Smith chuckled softly, his grin growing slightly as he gazed down at Namine. He shifted the grip on her slightly, holding both her arms tightly as well as covering her mouth. "Come on, girlly," he taunted her, mocking her with his words. "Let's go see your favorite Nobody."

 

Roxas kept his glare on Jeff, anger burning through his veins."Because no matter how much you want her to be, Namine will never be yours, Jeff," the boy answered. He took one step closer as he spoke again. "I know what you said, and the only jerk here is you."

Jeff grinned at Roxas' words. "Roxas, you should know by now that I always get what I want."

Roxas watched him take a step closer to Namine. His teeth gritted together in frustration as Jeff spoke to her, his teeth showing from his anger. And then he touched her, bringing back the memories of Smith. Jeff was like a clone...and Roxas had to close his eyes and tighten his fists to hold it together. No...Namine would never be his. Ever. Roxas would make sure of that. "I'm warning you, Jeff..." he said slowly, a threatening tone in his voice.

 

Namine heard herself whimper in fright as Smith turned her around, forcefully shoving her forward and out the room. He gripped her so tightly, and his did it with no problem. This man was absolutely vicious, and it only frightened her more.

"Well, well, look who's coming to your rescue," Smith's dark voice broke through her thoughts, and Namine brought her eyes away from the floor. Her light blue eyes immediatly caught onto the form running towards her, her eyes locking onto a pair of piercing blue. Roxas. Namine's heart skipped a beat at the sight of his eyes, which she only saw for a brief second before being pushed forward roughly, her blonde hair getting into her face. Her eyes turned back to the man for a moment before she heard another voice enter her ears.

"Namine!" She heard Roxas cry out, his emotions coming through in his voice. Sadness, hurt, panic, and fear all came from that one yell, and all the emotions immediatly impacted Namine's heart. The girl tried to cry out to him as well, but her voice was muffled behind Smith's hand.

 

"And you can forget about your boyfriend over there."

Roxas inhaled a breath at that voice, hating every word coming from it. Who did this guy think he was?!

"We're going to beat him up so good, he'll never want to be with you again."

He has no idea how wrong he is, Roxas thought angrily, Jeff's words entering his ears. He would never give up on Namine. Ever. He loved her with all he had, and that was never going to change. Especially because of some idiot like Jeff. He was speaking way out of place at that moment, and Roxas was sure his knuckles were white from gripping them so tight.

"You're the most selfish, cocky jerk I've ever met." Roxas opened his eyes at the voice, hearing her spit and then seeing Jeff wipe it away as she continued. "I'd never give in to you." Roxas looked at Namine for a moment, admiring her strength. And then his eyes flitted to Jeff, waiting for his reaction. If he went out of line...

 

"Let her go!!" Roxas cried out furiously, a faint tremble in his voice.

Namine heard Smith chuckle softly, and then a clear voice entered her ears. "Not so tough now, are you?" Smith mocked Roxas, and it brought tears to Namine's eyes. How dare he do this to them?! This man was heartless, holding her captive and speaking to Roxas so bitterly. She wanted to cry so desperatly, but not here. She wanted to be free of Smith and run over to Roxas. She wanted to wrap her arms around him and never let go. Her eyes shut in sadness, the girl feeling sorrow in her heart.

"I said let her go!" Roxas screamed in outrage, anger and rage clear in his yell.

 

"Okay. Have it your way," Jeff said, shrugging.

Roxas' eyes widened when Jeff suddenly grabbed Namine by the front of her sweater, pulling her close to him roughly. His eyes immediately darted to Namine, seeing the fear and panic in her eyes. Roxas growled angrily, the sound coming from deep within him. His eyes pierced right through Jeff as he glared at him, needing to get him away from Namine as soon as possible. He was very uncomfortable with how close Jeff was holding her, and even if she was right there, Roxas was going to have to tackle him.

"That's it!" Roxas cried, enraged as the memories of Smith came back, Jeff reminding him of him. Roxas lunged forward with a cry, his feet carrying him rapidly to the jock. The blond's body collided with his, Roxas positioning himself so his shoulder went right into the jock.

 

Namine opened her eyes at the sound of Roxas' outburst, her sky-blue eyes flittering up and finding Roxas' again. His eyes were filled with anger, though this didn't surprise her, since he had already clearly expressed his anger in his voice. Still though, the rage in his eyes was so deep and strong, that Namine felt another pang of sadness run through her.

Smith laughed slightly before speaking again. "Who knew somebody without emotions could have such a temper!"

Namine felt herself being pulled roughly, her arms hurting because of the tightness around them and the awkward position they were in. Her sad eyes stayed on Roxas for a moment before she flitted them back to Smith, the girl trying to get out of his grasp in desperation.

"Oh, you want something, sweetcheeks?" Smith looked down at Namine and smirked evilly, his voice bringing up a feeling of anger in Namine. She had to get free...somehow. The fear inside her heart was so great, but she had to try and be brave...if that was possible.

 

Roxas felt his body hit the ground roughly, a grunt leaving him slightly, his form above Jeff's. The boy opened his eyes, reading the jock's astounded expression. But Roxas only gave him that reaction, not letting him get in another. Roxas pushed himself up slightly, suddenly throwing a hard punch to Jeff's jaw.

Jeff raised his hands to his face to protect himself from another punch. "Finish the job," he grumbled to his friends, causing Roxas to whirl around.

Roxas' eyes fell on Namine's form just as she was thrown onto the ground, receiving a kick to the stomach. Her cry entered his ears and hit his heart. "Namine! No!" His hand instinctively reached out to her, his voice showing all of the emotions inside him.

 

"Don't call her that," Namine heard Roxas speak, the words full of anger and hatred toward Smith. Her heart skipped another beat at the sound, and her heart felt another pang of sadness. She didn't have long to focus on that though, because Smith was speaking again...to her. His words pierced her heart, making even more frightened that she had thought possible. The disgusting words entered her ears, and she suddenly felt anger. Without thought, she bit down on his hand. But she didn't stop there either; she brought her right leg up slightly and then kicked it back, knocking Smith right in the shin. A soft gasp left her as she felt his grip leave her, the blonde girl falling forward. She put her arms in front of her slightly, barely succeeding in catching her fall.

"Stupid, worthless girl!" Smith cried out in fury, the man regaining his balance after the kick. "I'm going to end your existance first!"

 

Roxas suddenly felt a set of hands push him, making the blond hit his head against the pavement. He winced, his eyes tightly shut as laughter filled his ears. Roxas pushed aside his own pain, the laughter reminding him that Namine needed protection, much more than he had already tried to give her. Propping himself up on his elbows, Roxas shook his head slightly, opening his eyes as they fell on the group of boys surrounding Namine. His heart pumping with adrenaline, Roxas wanted to get them away from her as soon as possible. Now. His eyes caught onto her movement, watching Namine push herself up slightly with one hand wrapped around her stomach.

That didn't stop the laughter, though. The jocks' roars of laughter entered Roxas' ears, making him more enraged by what they had done, and how they thought it was so funny. Pain dealt to Namine was never funny, nor was it okay.

"Hey Namine, looks like your boyfriend has given up," Jeff suddenly said. But Roxas only smirked. The jerk was definitely underestimating him.

 

Namine turned herself slightly, her arms underneath her as she forced herself into a sitting position. Now that she was on her knees, she turned her eyes to face Smith, feeling anger and frustration appear in her glare. But those feelings were quicly replaced with fear when she saw him coming towards her again, and arm outstretched to grab her. Her eyes widened in fear as she backed away slightly, a very soft whimper leaving her lips.

"Get away from her!"

Namine gasped at the shout, her eyes opening widely as she woke up from her nightmare. She felt herself tremble slightly because of the fear she had relived, the emotions fresh in her heart and mind. The blond girl bit down hard on her lip, a soft sob leaving her lips even though she wasn't crying.

OOC: I'm being kicked off for a little...hopefully it won't take too long. D8

 

Roxas swung around quickly, knocking the jocks off their feet and sending them to the ground before they knew what hit them. He suddenly put his weight on his hands, pushing his legs out full force to kick one jock in the head with both feet. His eyes found the other on the ground next to the one he had already kicked, and Roxas swung his right leg around swiftly and quickly, kicking the guy in the head with force. Their groans filled his ears as he pushed himself up quickly, adrenaline pumping through him. Roxas turned his attention to Jeff, a threat behind his evil glare. Jeff's eyes met his own, and then Jeff gave his friends the signal, all of them running away from where Roxas and Namine were. Still focused on punishing Jeff, Roxas sprinted to one side of the alley, grabbing a small metal bar and picking it up. His piercing blue eyes found Jeff running away as he held the bar in his hand, and just as Roxas was about to throw it, he caught something on the bar out of the corner of his eye. Roxas stopped immediately, turning his head to look at the bar.

"What?!" Roxas gasped, his eyes falling on a new weapon. The black and blue hilt was around his hand, a dark crown keychain hanging from the end of it. His eyes traveled down the weapon, the sharp, black edges of the Keyblade in his sight. Oblivion.

OOC: Okay.

 

Namine exhaled softly, huddling herself tighter into a ball shaped form. Everything had happened exactly as the remembered it, the emotions as real as they could get. The fear was what she remembered most, and it brought her back to reality. She probably had that nightmare because she was afraid of what was going to happen next. She had bad experiences these past few days...horrible experiences. The future looked pretty frightening in her eyes.
