KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Namine opened her eyes and let them fall on Roxas, the tears completely gone. She felt shy saying yes, but at the same time, she felt like she wanted him...and needed him to carry her. So she hoped that he would be able to read her eyes, so she wouldn't have to awkwardly come up with a decision.

 

Roxas met her eyes, and then smiled softly. He gave her hand a gentle squeeze before slipping his hand out of her grasp. He wrapped one of his arms around her back and put the other under her legs, gently pulling her body closer to his. Roxas put his weight on his foot that was already under him and slowly stood up, holding Namine in his arms.

 

Namine shut her eyes in relaxation, Roxas' gentle movement comforting her. Not only did she feel safe, secure, and protected in his arms, but her stomach also wasn't hurting as badly. Her eyes flitted open and fell on Roxas' face, a shy smile appearing on her lips.

 

Roxas looked down at her, being greeted by her smile. He offered her a small smile before he looked up, starting out of the alley.

 

Namine gently moved her arm and brought it around Roxas' back, her hand lightly resting on the other side of his neck. She shut her eyes and turned her head slightly, letting it rest against Roxas' shoulder.

 

Roxas held Namine close to his chest as he approached the end of the alleyway, rounding the corner and starting down the sidewalk.

OOC: Just wondering, but would you like to do a time gap to when they get to Roxas' house? Unless you have someplace else you want to go or something else you want to do, of course. =)

 

Namine exhaled softly through her nose, feeling comfortable and relaxed in Roxas' arms. She felt a sense of tranquility, along with the love and protection he gave her.

OOC: A time gap would be good. And this time, you can lead. ;D

 

OOC: Well, of course. I'd love to. ;3

Roxas walked up to his front door, still holding Namine in his arms. The light breeze blew his blond spikes in the direction the wind was traveling, a few strands of hair getting in his eyes before the breeze blew them away again.

 

Namine inhaled, her eyes staying shut as she leaned her head against Roxas' shoulder. His presence had been so comforting and gentle, that the blonde girl had started to doze off, in a light state of sleep now. The stress had caught up to her, but she was comfortable now, safe in Roxas' arms. Some of her blonde hair blew in the breeze, but she didn't notice it.

 

Roxas approached his front door, stopping in front of it and looking down at the girl in his arms. He smiled softly, his eyes gazing at her relaxed expression. He hated to interrupt her rest, but he did have to get the door open. He lowered his head slightly. "Namine," he said softly, gently trying to wake her.

 

Namine moved her head slightly, burrying it a little deeper into Roxas' shoulder. The voice was soft and gentle, and she could hear it a little bit in her slumber. She inhaled through her nose, starting to come out of her light nap.

 

Roxas' smile grew a little. He lowered his head a little more and kissed the top of her head. After a brief moment, he pulled back and whispered to her. "Time to wake up, baby," he said softly.

 

Namine smiled faintly at the kiss and soft whisper, waking up from her short nap. Her light blue eyes slowly flitted open, finding Roxas' gentle blue eyes looking down at her. "I fell asleep?" Her question was both a statement and a question, the blonde girl still feeling a little dazed from her nap.

 

Roxas chuckled slightly. "I think you did," he answered with a small smile.

 

Namine returned his smile sleepily, her arm staying lightly wrapped around his shoulders. "I guess I was really comfortable," she said quietly, her heart at peace as she gazed up at Roxas.

 

Namine's words made Roxas' smile grow a little more. He loved hearing her say that, but he loved her more. "That's very good to hear," he replied gently, keeping his eyes on her.

 

Namine smiled at Roxas' words, seeing care in his gentle blue eyes. She felt as if she could gaze into those eyes forever and never have to look away, his love providing enough for her to be happy for her entire lifetime. As long as they had each other, it was enough.

 

Roxas kept his smile on his face, gazing at her for a moment before looking up at the door in front of him. They'd both be much more comfortable inside, and with a new change of clothes. He looked back down at Namine and smiled softly. "Do you mind if I set you down for a second? I need to reach into my pocket and grab my key," he stated softly.

 

Namine wasn't expecting the question, but it was understandable. After all, how was Roxas supposed to grab his key and open the door if he was holding her in both arms? She smiled softly, her eyes staying connected with Roxas'. "No, I don't mind," she replied quietly, knowing that it had to be done.

 

"Okay," Roxas said with a slight nod. He leaned down the side he was holding her legs on, gently letting her feet touch the ground.
