KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Namine flitted her eyes open at the gentle kiss, her tear filled eyes finding Roxas' gentle blue orbs. She hoped that Roxas could read her eyes behind the tears and see the gratitude and thankfulness that she felt, along with the love she held for him in her heart.

 

Roxas kept his eyes locked with hers, moving one of his hands to tuck hair behind her ear. He exhaled softly, gazing into her light blue eyes.

 

Namine inhaled shakily, her eyes staring back into Roxas'. Just seeing his gentle ocean blue orbs was very soothing, and she felt herself calming down, the flow of her tears slowing down.

 

Roxas used his hand that was still on her cheek to wipe away the last tear that left her watery eyes. "I'm sorry I didn't get here sooner," he said softly. He could see the faint red tint on her cheek from where Jeff had slapped her, and he rubbed his thumb over it slowly.

 

Namine kept her soft blue eyes locked with Roxas', taking in his words. No, he had gotten there just in time. If he hadn't come...well, Namine didn't want to imagine that. "How did you know I was in trouble?" she asked softly, quite curious to find out how Roxas had been able to respond so quickly.

 

"After you left, I came to the park by myself," Roxas started to explain as he gazed into her eyes. "I saw you with Jeff and overheard the conversation. And then I followed you here as fast as I could," he finished softly, blinking his ocean-blue orbs as he looked into hers.

 

Namine softly inhaled, Roxas' words entering her ears. So...that's how he was there so quickly. He had come to the park himself, and he had seen her...and Jeff. And he had overheard the conversation as well...

 

"I must admit, though," Roxas started, a small smile appearing on his lips, "I was very proud of you for standing up against him at the park. The slap you delivered didn't hurt the situation either." His faint smile stayed on his lips as he looked at her, trying to brighten the situation with his words. "You were very brave, Namine. I'm proud of you."

 

Namine felt a smile appear on her lips, her cheeks reddening slightly as she listened to his praise. Of course, he had seen everything that went down at the park, including her standing up for him. She suddenly felt shy, and her eyes flitted down a little bit because of that feeling.

 

Roxas' smile grew a little. He moved his hand from her cheek and brought it to her shoulder as he looked at her, his gaze staying locked on her shy eyes.

 

"Thank you," Namine finally said, her voice quiet when she spoke those simple words. Her small smile stayed on her face as she lifted her eyes again, her light blue orbs connecting with Roxas' ocean-blue eyes.

 

Roxas' smile stayed on his face. "You're welcome," he said softly as he gazed into her eyes, rubbing her shoulder a little with his hand.

 

Namine felt chills at the gentle touch, her cheeks still a little red from blushing. Slowly, she brought one hand away from her stomach, lightly bringing it up and setting it in Roxas' chest as she continued to gaze into his eyes.

 

Roxas' smile grew just a little at her touch, his eyes staying locked with hers. His heart beat with his love for her, and he was sure she could feel it with her hand against his chest. Roxas continued to rub her shoulder slowly over her sweater, unable to think of what life would be like without her.

 

Namine broke off their stare for a brief moment, her eyes feeling dry from gazing at him for so long. She blinked softly a few times, a soft smile on her lips as she continued to gaze at the boy she loved with all her heart.

 

Roxas' smile grew a little at the sight of hers, and he leaned in slowly, bringing his lips to hers.

 

Namine lightly kissed him back, her eyes shutting at his gentle kiss.

OOC: Gotta go for now, my mom is kicking me off again. Be back later tonight...maybe in 1-2 hours. D:

 

Roxas' eyes closed as he kissed her, his hand staying on her shoulder.

OOC: Okay.

 

Namine gently moved her hand off of Roxas' chest, lightly wrapping it around him and having her fingers rest lightly on the back of his neck.

 

Roxas felt chills at her touch, moving his hand from her shoulder to her neck.
