KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Roxas felt his smile grow when he met her gaze, his pearly whites making an appearance as he lightly ran his hand over its place on her arm.

 

Namine smiled lightly, her teeth showing slightly in response to Roxas and his gentle gesture. She continued to lightly rub his back, her eyes not leaving his for even a split second.

 

Roxas leaned down and pressed his lips to her forehead, then going back to his previous position. His thumb stroked her arm as he looked down on her, his smile still on his face.

 

Namine felt her smile widen slightly at the kiss, Roxas' love coming through clearly with his caring gestures. She suddenly felt shy, a soft chuckle leaving her lips as she diverted her gaze downward.

 

Roxas' lips formed a soft smile at her shyness, knowing it wasn't bad that she felt that way.

 

Namine felt her cheeks reden slightly as she gazed back up at Roxas. She lifted her head and lightly kissed his lips before backing away, her eyes shyly looking into his.

 

Roxas felt his soft smile grow slightly, and he moved his hand from her arm to her cheek, feeling the slight heat from her tinted cheeks. He stroked her cheek with his thumb as he gazed into her eyes, his feelings somehow growing stronger for her, though Roxas thought they were already the strongest they could have ever been.

 

Namine smiled at the soft touch, her eyes staying connected with Roxas' despite that shy feeling. She knew that she had no reason to feel shy with him, because of how much they loved each other. Sometimes though...it was just so overwhelming, how much he cared for her and she cared for him. Gosh, she was so glad to have him in her life. Where would she have been without him?

 

Roxas blinked, his gaze still held by hers. His piercing blue eyes gazed into her soft blue, never shifting as he slowly stopped stroking her cheek.

 

Namine smiled softly, the heat in her cheeks starting to fade away as she held Roxas' gaze, ignoring her hunger for that moment. She hadn't realized how long it had been since she had eaten until that moment.

 

The love for Namine wasn't the only feeling growing inside Roxas; the feeling he had in his stomach seemed to scream "feed me". He held her gaze. "Are you hungry?" he asked softly as he tucked a few strands of her blonde hair behind her ear, hating to ruin the moment.

 

Namine smiled sheepishly at Roxas. It seemed as if he had read her mind again, which he was pretty good at. "Yeah," she answered him, her smile fading to a softer one as she gazed at him. "You are too?" She asked, not needing an answer. Neither of them had eaten for a while, so he was probably as hungry as she was.

 

Roxas heard his stomach rumble a little, and he lifted his hand off her cheek to the back of his head, grinning. "Is that a good enough answer?" he asked, chuckling a little. The empty feeling in his stomach seemed to grow heavier with every minute, the message it was sending definitely getting across.

 

Namine laughed softly at Roxas as she gently removed her hand off of his back. "Then let's go get something to eat," she said, aware that her other hand was still in his as she slowly started rising to her feet.

 

Roxas still held Namine's hand as he followed her movements, rising to his feet as well. When they were both standing up, he looked at her with a small smile. "Pancakes?" he asked, aware it was still morning.

 

"You think he has the right ingredients?" Namine asked, not entirely sure herself what you would need to make pancakes. At that moment, she was in the mood for just about anything though. So it didn't matter to her what they ate, as long as they ate something.

 

Roxas pressed his lips together as he shifted his gaze, thinking about that. "Hmm...I don't know," he said slowly. "Maybe. Let's go see." He slightly motioned with his head toward the kitchen.

 

"Sounds like a good idea to me," Namine laughed softly, her hunger growing every second. She held onto Roxas' hand as they headed toward the kitchen to take care of themselves.

 

Roxas kept his hand in Namine's as they walked toward the kitchen, everything silent but their even breathing and footsteps.

 

Namine let her eyes wander the kitchen as they walked through the doorway, wondering how Sora kept things organized.
