KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Kairi held the strong gaze between both of them, not shifting her eyes for even a second. Sora was bothered by something, and she didn't know what it really was. Despite that, she would be there for Sora, just like he was for her. She loved him with all her heart, and that wasn't ever going to change.

 

Sora finally spoke, breaking through the silence that had taken control over the room. "Why don't you get some rest?" Sora asked softly, worried that Kairi hadn't gotten enough sleep last night. "You can use my bed if you want to."

 

Kairi kept her eyes on his, knowing she appeared exhausted. She wanted to sleep, but she also wanted to stay with him.

 

Sora kept his gentle eyes locked with Kairi's, patiently waiting for a response of some kind.

 

Kairi nodded. "Okay," she replied softly. She figured if she slept now, she could be awake longer when she was fully rested, and that meant being with Sora longer.

 

"Okay," Sora said softly in response, taking back his one arm around that had been around Kairi's front and letting it lay at his side. He let his other arm loosen around her as he gazed at the sleepy girl, relieved that she had agreed to get some rest.

 

Kairi smiled tiredly and unfolded her legs, letting her feet touch the floor. She gently removed the blanket from her lap as she stood up.

 

Sora's eyes followed Kairi as she rose to her feet, wondering if he should go back with her to make sure that she would be comfortable.

 

Kairi took in a breath and crossed her arms, the body heat leaving her that used to be trapped under the blanket. She turned her head and offered both Sora and Namine a faint smile, her eyes locking with Sora's once more.

 

Namine softly returned Kairi's smile, thinking that it was good that she would get more rest, since she looked pretty tired.

Sora smiled faintly at Kairi when their eyes locked again, looking up at her from his position on the couch. He held his gaze with her a moment longer before shifting his site to the floor, blinking softly in exhaustion.

 

Kairi turned her head and started out of the room. She passed Roxas, offering him a weak smile as she left the room tiredly.

Roxas nodded slightly with a small smile of his own. He was glad she was getting the needed rest.

 

Sora exhaled and leaned forward on the couch, setting his elbows on his knees as he put his hands to the sides of his face, his head pulsing from his nasty headache. He shut his eyes again, another soft breath leaving his lips.

OOC: Ugh, as promised, I'm getting kicked off. See you tomorrow!

 

Kairi walked down the hallway, sighing in exhaustion. She reached Sora's room, walking inside and shutting the door halfway behind her. She approached his bed and sat herself down, rubbing her eyes slightly and then lying down. She pulled the covers over her, bringing them over her shoulder and close to her face as she lied on her side, her head resting on the pillow. Kairi took in a deep breath and released it, already feeling herself lose conciousness.

OOC: All right. I have to go too. See you later!

 

Sora opened his eyes halfway as he moved his hands away from his face, putting them together as he gazed at them tiredly.

 

Kairi felt herself drifting, her breathing evening out.

Roxas kept his arms crossed as he leaned against the doorway, staring blankly at the floor as silence hung in the air.

 

Namine turned her eyes to Roxas for a moment, and then let them lay on Sora, noticing the pinkness to his cheeks. She kept her light blue eyes on him, slightly concerned.

 

Roxas took in a soft breath and silently let it out, his eyes unfocused as he stared at the carpet.

 

Sora turned his head slightly, noticing a pair of soft blue eyes gazing at him with concern.

Namine let her eyes connect with Sora's, searching his to make sure that he was okay.

 

Kairi definitely noticed the difference in comfort between the couch and Sora's bed. She was much more comfortable here, and she knew she was immediately falling back asleep when she was fading. Kairi took in one last concious breath before releasing it, going under.

 

Namine kept her eyes on Sora, noticing that he appeared to be pretty tired himself. There were also other expressions in his eyes, but she couldn't specificly pick them out. "You feeling okay?" She asked softly, breaking through the silence.

Sora gave Namine a weak smile, knowing that he couldn't hide the truth from her very well. "Just a little under the weather," he responded quietly, turning his eyes back to his hands again.
