KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Roxas shifted a little bit, leaning his head against his fist.

Kairi took in soft breaths as she slept soundly.

 

Sora sat there in his room for a while, even after the sun had finished rising. Yesterday had been a terrifying reminder for him. It had made him recall that life was short, and it could end at any moment. And he despereately didn't want that; he had too much to live for. What would he do without Kairi? Or Roxas? Or Namine? He had almost lost it all...again. It was almost as if he had traveled back in time to December and early January, when his life had been extremely chaotic and dangerous everyday. He didn't miss those days at all, in fact, he wished he hadn't remembered back to them.

 

Kairi took in a breath, waking up a little from her slumber. She squinted her eyes a little, too tired to open them all the way, and saw that the spot next to her was empty. She knew someone was missing, but she had a feeling that he was all right. So, she moved over a little, letting her head rest against the arm of the couch as she curled up in a loose ball, the blanket draped over her as she drifted back to sleep.

 

If yesterday had happened back a month or so, it would have just been an ordinary day. Way up, eat breakfast...almost die. Heh, life had changed. Again. Sora didn't like change one bit...not now that he had been getting used to living a normal life again. He supposed that nothing could go wrong, but then he thought back to something that had been nagging him all morning--his headache. He hadn't felt right ever since yesterday, but he still couldn't quite remember hitting it at any point. Had he hit it on the ice? Yes, that must have been it.

 

Roxas moved his arm to the blanket, pulling it a little closer to him to keep warm.

 

Sora exhaled softly as he pushed himself up off his bed and walked into the bathroom, pulling open his medicine cabinate and taking out some advil. After drinking a little water and getting down the pills, he returned to his room, where he sat in silence for a long while.

 

Kairi exhaled silently, lost in her unconcious.

OOC: Any ideas for anything we could do?

 

OOC: Maybe another short time gap or something? Not really sure what to do after that though except have our characters interact a little more.

 

OOC: Works for me.

Roxas sat on the couch, staring blankly at the wall in front of him. He had been awake for a while, and was still a little tired but he couldn't go back to sleep. He leaned his head against his hand, two of his fingers pushing up against his temple as he stared blankly out in front of him.

 

Namine sighed softly, pulling the blanket a little closer to her as she slept in a light state of sleep.

Sora exhaled quietly, laying flat on his bed as he stayed in a half awake- half asleep state. He had been laying like that for a while, despite the annoying sunshine that filled his room and blinded him whenever he opened his eyes.

OOC: Grrrr! D8

 

Kairi faced the back of the couch, her head resting against the arm of the furniture with a hand next to her face. If she rolled over, she would fall off the couch. She sighed softly before taking in a deep breath.

OOC: I know. D8

 

Namine opened her eyes partway and then blinked softly several more times as she became more awake. She wrapped the blanket around her shoulders as she sat herself upright in the reclining chair, her arms going around her knees as she tiredly stared at the wall in front of her.

 

Roxas noticed the movement out of the corner of his eyes and flitted his eyes over, Namine entering his vision. She looked tired still, and he was sure he did as well. A lot of things had been on his mind before he fell asleep, and after being awake for an hour or so, he had gone back over them while everyone else slept.

 

Namine sighed softly and let her head rest in her knees, gazing out in front of her blankly.

Sora rolled over onto his stomach, his head going deeper into the pillow as he started to become more concious again. He felt like he hadn't gotten nearly enough sleep...and in fact, he was feeling worse now than he had been earlier. He shivered slightly, but didn't move to get a blanket or anything because he knew that a moment later he would feel like he was overheated. He was sick, he realized sadly. He felt absolutely awful.

 

Roxas flitted his eyes away from the blonde, still a little too tired to find his voice or start conversation. He looked down at his feet on the floor, thinking back to his elbow. He hadn't looked at it since last night, and he didn't really want to know how it looked now. Even if it was worse or better.

 

Namine lowered her legs to the floor and shivered slightly, a little cold from not being in a huddled position anymore. She pulled the blanket closer around her and shut her eyes halfway, gazing at the floor.

 

Roxas twirled one of the ends of the fleece blanket around his finger, staring blankly at the carpeted floor. His tiredness was affecting him, his eyes unfocusing a lot as he stared down at the floor.

 

Namine exhaled softly and forced herself off the chair, knowing that she would only fall asleep again if she didn't move. She blinked softly as she gazed over toward the closed window, seeing some sunlight pouring in through the cracks. She bit her lip lightly and kept the blanket around her shoulders.

 

Roxas blinked, his eyes focusing again. He flitted them to the blonde curiously, wondering what she was thinking.

 

Namine let out a breath as she pulled on hand out of the blanket and grabbed some of her long blonde hair, bringing it over the blanket that was so close to her neck.
