KH - Fast Food Madness! V2

Kairi blinked as she continued to gaze at his eyes, searching for a sign that he was all right.

Roxas looked up from his gaze on his elbow, his eyes falling on Namine. He nodded at her and got up, moving over to the couch to sit next to her.

OOC: Okey dokey. =)

 

Sora shift his gaze away from Kairi and down to the couch. He gently lift up his hand and laid it on hers, which was right by his side.

Namine looked down at the couch and shift a little closer to the other couple, making room for Roxas.

 

Kairi looked down at their hands when she felt his touch hers, and she smiled softly.

Roxas watched as Namine scooted over and then sat down next to her.

 

Sora kept his eyes on their hands as he gently put her hand in his, lightly stroking it with his thumb as silence filled the room.

Namine flitted her eyes to Roxas, her eyes finding his again.

 

Kairi felt comforted by his touch, and flitted her eyes up to his face.

Roxas offered Namine a small smile, gazing into her light blue eyes.

 

Sora exhaled softly, his eyes shutting halfway as he kept his gaze downward.

Namine gave Roxas a small smile in return, feeling comforted by his gentle look.

 

Kairi kept her faint smile on her face, looking back down at their hands together. Maybe this was the sign she needed to be sure he was all right.

Roxas leaned forward slightly and planted a light kiss on her cheek before going back to his previous position, holding the icepack against his elbow. He wanted to show her he was okay, and would be.

 

A soft breath escaped Sora's lips as he momentarilly shut his eyes, feeling as though nobody was paying attention to his face.

Namine smiled softly at the gentle touch, appreciating the gesture.

OOC: Ugh, be back in about 10 mins.

 

Kairi bit her lip a little as she stared at their hands, wondering how Sora would feel the next day. Hypothermia caused exhaustion, which was apparent when she looked in Sora's eyes, so she was sure he was going to sleep for a while tomorrow. She didn't mind; as long as he felt better, that's all that mattered.

Roxas kept his eyes on her and wanted to hold Namine's hand, but he couldn't because of his elbow.

OOC: Okay.

 

Sora opened his eyes and lifted his head, forcing himself to become more awake again. He stared off into space, thinking about how much longer he could actually pull of this charade.

Namine stayed silent and returned his gaze softly, comforting him as he had comforted her.

 

Kairi exhaled softly, her eyes still on their hands.

Roxas felt himself smile shyly and flit his eyes down for a second before looking back up at hers again.

 

"So..." Sora started, his voice breaking through the silence that covered the room. "You guys want to do anything? I mean that doesn't involve a life or death crisis?"

 

Kairi felt herself smile a little at his words and then looked up at her friends along the couch with her.

Roxas shrugged slightly, not really thinking of anything.

 

Namine turned her gaze toward Sora when he spoke, almost smiling at his joke.

"...I could put in a movie or something," Sora suggested, looking at his three friends.

 

Kairi nodded. That's exactly what she had been thinking. "Sure," she said with a small smile.

Roxas nodded in agreement.

 

"Okay," Sora gently let go of Kairi's hand as he gazed at his friends. "You guys can pick out a movie, and I'll go get drinks. You guys want anything?" He slowly rose to his feet as he spoke the question, his eyes staying on the three teens on the couch.

"I'm fine. Thanks though," Namine responded to the question, not feeling thirsty at all.

 

"Water, please," Kairi said politely. She didn't really want soda or anything...She hadn't had it in a while, and didn't really want to start.

Roxas looked at Sora. "Anything's fine," he said. He wasn't too worried about what drink he got, more concerned over his elbow.

 

Namine flitted her eyes to Roxas again, hearing his voice in her ears.

"Okay. The movies are right by the TV," Sora told them before starting toward the kitchen.

 

As Sora left the room, Kairi pushed herself up from the couch and walked over to the TV. She knelt down and looked over the movies. "Anything specific you guys want to watch?" she asked.

 

Namine shrugged slightly, thinking through some movies that Sora would possibly have. She wasn't in the mood for anything in particular, anyway.

Sora walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge, taking out three bottles of water. He didn't know why, but he suddenly felt like he could die of thirst. He exhaled softly, his eyes drooping as he held the bottles in his hands and closed the refridgerater door with his foot.
