Roxas already has a keyblade, no, two keyblades as weapons. I don't think Nomura would want to add yet another keyblade wielder in the Organization. All of their weapons are supposed to be unique.

Ok, I have a mini-theory:

Many people said that she could be Aqua we are not completely sure that she is Aqua, they are only suppositions, but Aqua could be the 14th member, because Terra and Ven (maybe also Aqua) have a strange symbol that seems the Nobodies symbol put contrarily, so there's connection with the Nobodies, so with the Org XIII.

 

A concrete fact is that it could be a possibility. Yes, I know you in real life, and once a while ago, you stated:

"A heartless joining the Organization? Hmmm...that would be a little interesting".


There's no doubting that quote. Anyways, I'd like to at least have a few people agreeing on me with that fact.

Where's your counter theory? I would like to read it. I think it's already been proved that Aqua is NOT the 14th Organization member.

Oh yeah, there could also be a possibility that she was originally a nobody, until something happened which caused her to transform into a heartless, but the Organization still has acceptance of her joining. That could work.

 

No it couldn't. They only let in Nobodies period.

The point is to try and find holes in someone's theory, therefore it would have to be fixed or explained.
