    As far as I know, there is none. Final Mix is an abbreviated way of saying Final Mix +

    Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix doesn't exist; the official title is Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+, but that's a lot to type out, so people just say Final Mix (or FM) without the plus.

    I believe the plus was added because Re:CoM came packaged with Final Mix+.
