"look me and naruto are sorta kinda friends im a chunin tho and hes a genin i like to keep an eye on him" Hejai said

 

"Hmph!Friends?Why were you guys attcking each other like enemies?"Jen asked again

 

"because he likes to be competitive u can ask sai rite ?" Hejai said

 

"Sai,is that true?"Jen asked staring at him.

 

"it is true" Hejai said

 

"I still can't trust you."Jen said.

 

"w/e" Hejai said

Itachi looked at Sora coldly, "I see....." he said blankly, "perhaps a little bit of persuasion is in order...." he said appearing behind Namine even before finishing his sentence, "it would be a shame to lose such as good companion and nice girl now wouldn't it....." he said gently putting his hand on Namine's shoulder.

 

Jen then left also searching for what she came for.

 

Hearing Itachi's words, Namine widened her eyes, feeling her breath caught in her throat.
There are people who would not hesitate to kill you on the spot...
People...who would murder them? For no reason? Feeling herself grow determined, she unclasped her hands, tilting her head up more confidently now.
"That means...Kairi could be in trouble..." she said, her voice practically a whisper. Hearing Roxas, Sora, and Itachi converse more, she felt the ninja place a hand on her shoulder.
Looking into his eyes, she said, "Sir...I'm telling you the truth when I say...I have not seen a blonde haired boy anywhere..."

 

Itachi returned the look but not the warmth, "I can see your not lying....." he said taking his hand off of her, "if we happen to meet again.....you two will not be as fortunate......." he said slowly walking off.

 

"Wait a moment, please," Namine said, taking a step forward. "You advised earlier...that we shouldn't try to find our way out of the woods alone...but then...do you know of a way out...safely? I would appreciate it...I would be grateful...if you could tell me..."

Itachi stopped and turned around, looking at them both, "your friend there....." he said looking at Namine then to Sora, "he seems to have information on Naruto......" he said blankly, "I will be willing to exchange information for guidance......either that....or you will come with me after you are both out of the forest....."
