this is my theory that i thought of on my own so if ths theory is already out there i am sorry but i have looked and i have not seen t and i read the rules just so you know so dont tell me to read the rules because i get told that and i do read the rules.

my theory is that, the keyblades in the secret ending to kh2 and kh2fm+, are the original keyblades and that when master xehnort did his summoning of kingdom hearts or whatever it was (when terras eyes turned yellow) the keylades got sealed away either when that happened or a little while after that happend, and that the keychains are a way to summon the old keyblades. whis would explain why the old keyblades didnt have keychains, because they didnt need them. and that the kingdom key serves as a way to summon the past keyblades.

by the way i couldnt find a place good to post this so i figured that id go ahead and post it here since the secret ending is called birth by sleep so if it shouldnt go here im sorry.

this does involve tav, mx and ds keyblades so this should be the right place. but my question is where are they sealed and what would have the power to seal them in order to make this theory true.

i think i know how they were sealed though. there would be a giant keyhole somewhere and tav sealed it with their keyblades to stop the keyblade war

that would make sense because aparently there are still keyblades without keychains because there of aquas keyblade in that room where xemnas went twords the beginig of kh2 and in kh2fm+ sora fought terra even though i read that might not have anything to do with the story and might have been put in there just for

Hm, that's an interesting theory. I like it actually! Watching Birth by Sleep makes me sad, because I always assume that the keyblades each represent a fallen keybearer. So much death and destruction... this game is gonna be AWESOME!!

That is an awsome theory...and i have been thinking, what if it is Kingdom Hearts that Chooses who gets a/the Keyblade and why?

yes, well it starts with a keyblade but its not really about the keyblade,... i think that since fenrir was the only keyblade that you could realy tell was there that the final fantasy characters may play a bigger role in the game than is being led on to believe.

I could really use a hug from a super model right about now...

That isn't all that bad a theory actually, but I wonder...could it be possible that the keyblades were made by the ones who wield them...Remember how "Ansem" made a keyblade from the hearts of the seven princesses...well what if (using certain materia after many years of study) a keyblade could be made by a keyblade apprentice...I mean, sure you can probably summon a keyblade via key chain like your theory says and most likely after what happened with Xehanort and his apprentice they made sure that not just anyone could wield the keyblades after that...which would explain why Mickey had Star-Seeker (that and he was Yen Sid's apprentice)...

it's a pretty known theory, but it's still plausible...and I like your theory about the key chains personally...it would explain why Sora wasn't able to wield more that one Keyblade in KH1...

    ...and they should!!!

Ya, that makes a lot of sense.....but why doesn't he just keep the ones that he gets from KHI in KHII

haha, thanks man...well I had that theory for a while along with how Xehanort and Terra knew each other, but I'll leave that for another topic...I just manage to shut up a lot of topics ever since I started opening up my mind a little bit more...but to quote a famous poem among an awesome fan base...

"Even if the morrow is barren of promises, nothing shall forestall my return."

I hope Genesis makes his way into the kingdom hearts series...he's an awesome character...even if he isn't as powerful as sephiroth....then again, who is?

But as for how I came to my keyblade theory, well it's the same a the jedi do, they have to make their own lightsabers so seeing as the some of the rules apply, I figure why not that one...lol

Ya, that's sounds logical.....well to me it does......I do like the theory because of sora being able to "make" the ultima weapon, an the moogles are just the one who synthesis the materials into one object....

Actually I think this would make sense...since, in kh1 and kh2 you get keychains for your kingdom key AFTER saving the world. Its like a memory of what the world was like, what the person you got it from was like, etc.

That would doesnt really explain "doubles" though...two of the same keyblade.

For example Sora got Oathkeeper in twilight town, before his fight with Roxas, but Roxas himself still had Oathkeeper...

I'm not really sure how to explain that one other than maybe Sora loosing it again...

remember, Roxas could use the keyblades since he was Sora's nobody...however, this fight between Roxas and Sora most likely either took place took place within Sora himself, a battle of the two wills so to speak or on an astral plane which would explain why donald and goofy never saw Roxas and why they said Sora disappeared...

yeah, Sora does all the work to get the stuff and they make it for him...Riku did the same thing with Soul Eater...I think...the keyblade he got after was most likely a different story...
