im confused
Sora is the one the keyblade choses but why does riku and mickey have one plz help me

 

Riku was the originally the keyblades choosen one. When he was a child, he discovered the Destiny Islands keyhole which put him in contact with the keyblade. But when he opened the door to the heart of the island, he opened himself to drakness, which made him lose the keyblade to Sora. When Sora meets up with him again in Hollow Bastion, Riku takes back the Keyblade, saying the Sora was "just the delivery boy." Becuase his heart is tainted with darkness, Sora was able to get the keyblade back.

Riku battle Sora with a "fake" keyblade that was created from the hearts of the Six Princess of Heart, which allowed someone to unlock peoples hearts.

In KH2, Riku has "The Way To Dawn" which he recieved at the end of Chain of Memories...but I'm not entirely sure how he got it yet.

As for King Mickey...sorry but I can't help you there...

 

King Mickey's Story

I think King Mickey was chosen by a different Keyblade. You see, I think there are more Keyblades than the one Sora holds. It is very rare to get a Keyblade, so that's why Sora is considered "The Chosen One". King Mickey must've gotten a Keyblade a long time ago, wen he became King, so that's why all three have Keyblades.

 

but also if you,ve watched the secret ending of kh-2 you see theres millions of keyblades so i doubt there rare

Rikusdarkside, I've watched the secret ending, too, and no one's exactly sure what's going on there. There are a million rumors about what it meant. So, I'll tell you one that I heard.
Well, there are these things called the Chasers who have special powers to make Keyblades. Once, everyone who lived near the Chasers had a Keyblade. So you're right, they weren't very special.
But one day, the Chasers got into a war about what the Keyblades should be used for - to bring peace or to bring ruin. The four Chasers were split between darkness in light and halfway through the war one of them parted from darkness and went back to the other Chasers. The war was dangerous, so everyone left their Keyblades behind and escaped.
I guess I stopped reading there to get something to eat or something, because I don't know how the story ended. Sorry!

Mickey got chosen by the kingdom key because he's the king.

 

Correction. King Mickey was chosen by a keyblade whose name we don't know. Sora was chosen by the Kingdom Key.

 

Ok I think I get why Riku and King Mickey got a keyblade. But how come Kairi got a Keyblade in KH2 or was that just some generic keyblade that Riku gave her?

 

Mickey --- He has had one since the beginning. He got one because after he found out that worlds were starting to die away, he had to go find the keyblade to help lock them from the heartless. So he ventured to Kingdom Hearts and obtained it--then sending a letter to Donald and Goofy telling them (well more like left it behind) to go find the Keyblade weilder and stick close to him.

Riku --- He was the original keyblade master. It WOULD have chosen him if he hadn't plunged into the darkness in destiny islands. Then after that it chose Sora who didn't want to stay in the dark, and he happened to be more purest of heart at the time.

Actually, no. You're wrong. They BOTH have the keyblade. The reason they BOTH have a keyblade is because it takes two keyblades to lock Kingdom Hearts, like they did at the end of KH1.

And for the record, 'Kingdom Key' is not a keyBLADE--the Kingdom Key is just the keychain that Sora's keyblade uses--as well as Mickey's.
