Aia:" Ah I see . . ."
" So that confirms my suspicions . . hes not even human. But still why would a immortal team with a group of humans?"
She thought to herself quietly.

 

"Something bothering you?" The old woman asked.

 

Aia:" Oh its nothing, nothing at all. I just needed time to think is all . . . so . . I've been wondering where your granddaughter could of gone off to. But also, how long have you people been here?"

 

"We have always lived here, in secret" the old woman said "And my grandaughter is at the base."

 

Aia:" Its good you did, if anybody on the god world found out what was going on here they would of sent someone here to exterminate you people, even down to the last child. I see why Hexus is so opposed whenever a mission is dispatched to destroy a a group of humans who may threaten the order."
She said sitting down on her kneels on the wooden floor as she spoke.

 

"Whats wrong now" The old woman asked standing infront of Aia.

 

" Oh nothing . . . I'm going to wait for your granddaughter, its not like I can go back to the base anyways, I will only get in trouble . . . ah, getting close to dark again."
She said staring out the window.

 

"If its getting close to dark you should stay inside" The old woman said.

 

" Why is that ? There is nothing for me to worry about. Especially if this town is looked after by your leader."

 

"Exiles come here at night and try and take over the town. Never have they won but sometimes they fight back" The odl woman said as a girl ran into the building and slammned the door behined her.

 

" Exiles ? What are those?"
She said as she was startled by the sudden entrance of the girl.
" Eh . . ."

 

"Grandma, they are here!" the girl said. The oldwoman walked over "As long we don't open the door they can't come in."

 

"Seriously, who are these Exiles? If they are so bad then why does your leader allow them to come into town? Can he at least stop them?"
She said seeming unafraid by the rustle outside.

 

"Former gods who are rebeling, our leader will talk to them" the girl said to them.

 

" Is he crazy? If he handles them on his own, they will kill him. Even after loosing their title they are still technically a god through blood. And their blood is where their power is derived. I should go and help him . . . but first, mind if I trade in this dress for a light weight one? I can't run in this thing."
She said smiling over at the girl.

 

"If you insist, um this room" She pointed.

 

" Thank you, we must make haste."
Aia said as she hurried to the room and stood inside.

 

The girl opened a closet that had hundreds of clothes. "Pick what ever one you want" she said to Aia.

 

Aia reached in and picked out a soft velvety red long sleeved dress that went down to her ankles and Aia gave her the fancy linen dress in exchange.
" I hope it benefits you well, I will be back later if I can."
She said as she ran out of the door and into the dark empty streets.

 

Except for Torxber standing in the town square the streets where empty. there was no movment.
