keyblade war : The Keyblade War Before-Cry of a Goddess

Aia:" Don't even start that, you know why there are hardly any immortal deaths? Why because they don't fall prey easily to human disease and weaponry. They even have a smaller population then you people do. At least you mortals are born fertile, immortals can't multiply in masses such as your race does, that is why the death rates won't affect the human population that much. Anyways if we allowed the immortals to become fertile, they will overpopulate and throw the balance of the universe off.
She said with a simple smirk.
Aia:" So now do you want to kill me more then you want to make me your hostage? Oh I hope I haven't emotionally stricken you too much. That is the problem about you humans, you get easily dramatic about things."

 

"I am taking you hostage, you don't have a choice" he said with a smile.

 

Aia:" Okay go ahead and try me, both you and I know that a only a god can kill a god, so whatever lame mortal trick you got up your sleeve it is not going to work, so why would they listen to you if they know a mortal can't do anything to harm me? Whats even the point of taking me hostage if they know you are just a simple mortal? Hmm?"
She said with a smile.

 

Mixt crouched down and brushed his finger along the floor through the glitter. "Very curious. Nanites that collect spiritual energy." Mixt noted as he could feel the trace amount on his finger without being hindered much by it. "Enough of these and someone would hardly be able to lift a finger without these little guys taking the energy it required. An effective crowd lock down. And if one could collect these back up you would have quite the power source." Mixt was alone but was speaking all this anyway for the recorder he had in his armor for his notes. Mixt then stood back upright and walked quickly over to the throne room, surely this was something Grandfather needed to talk to him about.

 

Grandfather in the throne room, alone after having a council earlier with some of the war experts in the first court. He was now reviewing some of the reports, looking very worried and shaken up, it seems to be that he had learned his granddaughter Aia had gone missing within all this chaos and he feared that maybe she was in trouble, he knew that she would still be alright since these people were mostly mortals but still he worried very much about her.

 

"Sir" Mixt said to get grandfather's attention before continuing. "I've done a base examination of the weapons used in the recent attack. The glitter is very small robots designed to absorb spiritual energy like a battery. There should be no lasting harm to immortals. Mortals could be in danger depending on how much contact they had and how weak they were beforehand, but most of them should come out okay in time."

 

Grandfather:" Well, that shouldn't cause too much of a problem since there are hardly any mortals here in the kingdom. The small few are nothing but slaves so we must not fear too much. But even this small new type of machinery does not have a very long lasting effect on the godly portion of the population, it appears that the energy slowly starts to come back after a while and the target remains conscious through the attack so we might use that to our advantage . But also, It appears my granddaughter has been having a run in lately with these people and I fear they may have come after her again, shes gone missing."

 

Mixt nodded "The machines have a set capacity, and as they approach that the draining capacity subsides until it is dwarfed by the naturally replenishing power of the being. But yes, Aia being missing is a problem. She is always important but she hasn't been this necessary since the dawn of creation. The humans have yet to make much progress is medical science and are forced to channel her magic to heal themselves in their ever expanding population. The longer she is missing the more humanity suffers. Can I assume you want me to locate her? Or do you have another job for me?"

 

Grandfather:" It would be much wiser for you to go and locate her, if she was indeed in trouble with the enemy opposition then maybe you could use that moment to help her out of the hands of those ruffians and perhaps gather more information on them, because for some reason I feel that this group is not just a group of lowly mortals, someone within their midst surely does not smell like a human nor any ordinary immortal."
He said locking his hands together and leaning his chin on them while staring off into space as he spoke.
Grandfather:" Anyways the enemy cannot wage a full blown war with us with only the use of a mainly mortal brigade and expect to come out on top easily. They are perhaps using a different route, they have to be smart enough especially after that display of cleverness during the invasion which ended the Fall festival."

 

"Shouldn't be a problem then" he said appearing right next to her, he put his hand on her cheek before she could move and started draining her powers quickly "The glitter is an expansion of my own powers, but when I do it, I make sure they can't gain back their powers" he said draning her.

 

Aia tried to escape his grasp but was prevented from doing so.
Aia:" Let me go, what do you think you are doing? Are you crazy?"
She said as she put her hands forward and clamped them onto his shoulders in a attempt to push him away, put pretty soon she didn't even have the strength to press them against his body.

 

"Crazy? I am the only sane one" he said picking Aia up. He raised a hand and summoned all the glitter back and then portaled out. He appeared in his base and threw Aia in a cell. The cell constantly drained the occupant of power.

 

Aia made only one single attempt to scream but that was that was that last that was heard of her before she was portaled out and soon thrown into a cell in a place she had little knowledge about. She sat there against the bars, gripping them in her hands.
Aia:" Hey let me out of here ?! You are not going to get anywhere just locking me up in here, remember what I said? They are not going to just give in for me. Especially when there is no harm befalling me !!"

 

Torxber had long since left the prision section. He was back in his personel room writing a story. "Will she just shut up already? he asked himself.

 

Aia:" Hey !!! I'm not going to shut up till I understand just what on earth is going on here !! Now let me go please, let me out of here !! You think you got me figured out, but you are a far cry from that !! I'm not going to quiet down and await my destiny just like any well mannered sugarpuff of princess would. Because I am not that kind of Princess !!"
She said slamming her fists on the walls to create quite a racket.

 

Torxber yawned and laid in his bed, he was about to fall asleep, most people in the base where laughing at Aia's outburst.

 

Aia kept slamming her fists against the cold cell wall, beating them against the wall louder and louder till it seemed to echo upstairs.
Aia:" Stop this at once !!! Do you people have any idea what locking me up would do to you humans and immortals alike? It would basically doom your already dwindling little species !! I demand to talk to your leader face to face, if he plans on locking me up like this, then he is one cowardly hostage taker of a man !!"

 

Torxber laughed to himself and then got annoyed at her. "Quiet, go to sleep, talk in the morning" he shouted at her. "I hope she isn't an early risier" he said quietly.

 

Aia:" I'm not going to be quiet and plus I'm more angry then I am tired !!"
She said shaking the cell's bars between her fists.
Aia:" Once I get my hands on you . . ."
She began but then she suddenly slumped to her knees and began to feel unusually tired and then she fell asleep without any trouble. When Aia woke up the next morning, she found herself lying next to the bars and still inside the cell, this wasn't a nightmare she had fallen into but it was reality, she could tell it was morning now because sounds of other people in the base were more restless and cheerful.
Aia:" Hey !!"

 

torxber was still asleep, even though it was close to Midday, everyone else ignored Aia.
