Keyblade War: The Goodbye of Friends and Omens of Omega

When the ship began going through Aia and Dante were knocked off their feet and rolled to the back of the room. " OW!!"
Meanwhile . . .
" You are just up to another one of your schemes." Phisoxa said walking over to Atem and standing in front of him, as a type of barrier between him and the phantom.

 

The boy vanished as the ship entered the white void.

"How about you stand aside old woman" Sophie said as she approached Atem.

 

" I won't step aside and let you manipulate him, you monster. " Phisoxa said as she stayed still.

 

"Sorry about breaking off your fight Rako. But we needed to get these people to safety first" Mixt said as the ship trembled under the strain of the shadowy hands attempting to rip the ship apart. In front of the ship was a point of yellow light and as the ship passed through it the light faded revealing that they were close to station Mixt. The station was fully functional, but had not seen use in a couple of decades. A hanger door opened on the station that was easily large enough for the ship to dock in. "So is everyone okay? Luckly we didn't need to be in there long"

 

Deep inside station Mixt sat a dark secret, consumers all threw its halls, but also the heart of the consumers in the region, a consumer core sat in the main control room of the station.

 

As the entered the station Mixt was able to sense the consumers on board due to his connection. Mixt punched a wall in frustration. "Damnit. I expected some heartless to have holed up in here. Not more bloody consumers." With a sigh he continued. "I don't think this vessel can survive another trip through the gate. We need to reclaim the station, it is the only way to keep these people safe now."

When Rako heard Mixt mention more consumers, he could help but growl in frustration "Where AREN'T these damned things?!" Rako then began contemplating how to get rid of the consumers. Rako could continue using different moves because eventually, Rako knew that he would run out of ideas. And not using them now seemed much better to Rako, prefering to save good moves for a final assualt if need be. Rako then turned to look at what Traken was doing. The old doctor had been so silent through this whole ordeal. And it was hard to tell what he was thinking...

Dr. Traken lamented his situation. He somewhat wished he were back in the dark realm. "Damn, if only I could get to my labratory!" said Dr. Traken to himself "I could figure out a way to destroy these pests! Among other things..." Dr. Traken then looked at Mixt with hatred and then looked away.

"Mixt..." Rako said "Do you think that there's anyway we can get the advantage on them? This is your station. Do you have any hidden weapons with in that we could use?"

 

Mixt sighed as he bit gently on his knuckle. "To what end? We can't pull all the stops on these senseless fights. We need to find and destroy the seven hubs. That is already going to be hard enough with the amount of data they've received..." Mixt slowed down near the end as he had an idea forming. "Oh how I wish I had my old moon cryst right now. Does anyone here have skill at continuously pulling dark energy out of an object?"

 

Dr. Traken lowered his head in discrace. He knew he didn't have that ability...

Rako however looked towards Mixt and said "I might be able to. I'm not sure though, I've never tried it."

 

"I have done it before, so you should be able to. Still lets do a test run shall we?" Mixt said as he lifted up his right hand with his index and middle finger sticking up. Between them was what looked like electricity except that it was black and seemed to eat away at the light around it. Suddenly Mixt pulled in the middle finger and pointed at Rako, sending a stream of dark energy at him for about five seconds.

 

"Dude!" started Rako "Are you flicking me off?!" Rako said as he looked at Mixt pointing his middle finger at Rako. Rako then tried to concentrate. It wasn't neccesarily a matter of knowing the skill it was more like remembering it... Rako has a vast amount of moves on his plate... however, he found it increasingly difficult to remember them all with each new skill he acquired.

 

The ship and station started shacking as a massive crack in reality appeared as thousands of ships came threw followed by a station that was not from this world, it was larger then any of the others. Only Mixt and Raxtion would know what it is, the Station Aia from Robbie's Universe.

 

"Well look what reality just coughed up. Reality really needs to learn to chew it's food better." Mixt said referring to the new station, before taking a deep breath. "Considering the circumstances I doubt this is a friendly visit." Mixt cursed their misfortune as he tried to recalculate, unfortunately he did not know what lied at the heart of each station. "Alright this should still work, we just have more territory to cover. I can devise a lock down of consumer communication for a time. If I'm right, they should be unable to learn from deaths in this time. That is the opening to take them down. Once we've made this a secondary safe-house we should be able to begin a counter-strike. Rako, you go fight. I have more experience with darkness absorption, and you are a variable one man army. Everyone ready?"

 

Rako listened to Mixt's plan and simply smiled "This is going to be fun" Rako said as he left their presence to go deal with the new consumer army that would soon be no more.

Dr. Traken followed Mixt though. Still somewhat scared and unsure of what to do.

 

Sophie pushed Phisoxa aside as she walked towards Atem "Come on Atem, make your own choice" she said to him.

The station Aia that appeared started to move so it could fire its main gun.

 

"Dr. Traken, for the love of god make yourself useful. I don't like you being here as it is, if you turn out to be dead weight I will personally turn you into bacon. Now you see the ship that came in? I want you to disable it, you should be able to handle that. Or at least put a sizable dent in it's system." Mixt walked away to get into position on the outside of the stations.

 

"I'm a scientist!" Protested Dr. Traken "Not a technician! I have no idea how to stop... wait..." Dr. Traken began creating a circle...

Meanwhile, Rako floated in space waiting for the consumer army to get closer. He could breath in space thanks to the fact that he was a demon and welcomed the consumer army to do the same.

 

Atem looked hesitant for a moment as he stared the phantom down, Phisoxa stood in the background unsure of what she could do now.
" As good as it sounds I don't think I want to accept your request, being that you tried to kill us earlier, so I can't trust that it would go through."

 

"I don't care what is there in the end. Just so long as it isn't attacking us. You don't need to understand something properly to break it" Mixt said as he stepped out of the ship entirely, unsure of the details of what Traken was doing. Mixt stepped out into empty space and summoned his keyblade once more. Mixt released it and let it hover before him when red energy started to emerge from his keyblade and wrapped around, sealing Mixt and the the keyblade in a sort of pod. Then from that pod strands of the same red energy weaved together around both stations like a spider's web into the form of a giant sphere. Slowly the red energy of the small pod and the giant mesh sphere darkened until it became pitch black obsidian.

 

Once Mixt jumped out, Aia and Dante went soon after, they seemed to be almost as if they were gliding on unseen wings as they moved through space.

Meanwhile . . .

Phisoxa didn't like where things were heading, she knew that even if Atem said know Phantom would have something else up his sleeve because she knew he wouldn't come all the way out here to get the answer no with someone. Not only that but she didn't like the idea of fighting the phantom alone with her young sons in the path of danger. So Phisoxa went forward and grabbed Abel and Atem by the collars of their shirts and pulled them over to her.
" I know your offer sounds very interesting Phantom, but I have to apologize because it seems our meeting will have to be cut short. Ta Ta !!!"
Phisoxa said a portal opened behind her and suddenly she and the two boys fell through as she pulled them in with such force that they all fell over once inside of the portal void, the portal closing right after they went through. She then rushed to pull the boys to there feet and forced them to run as fast as they could in front of her.
" Go, go, just keep running as fast as you can, we need to find the exit portal before we get company." All three sprinted down the void till Phisoxa raised her hands in front of her and at the end a portal was opening up in the mere distance. " We are almost there, hold on !!" Phisoxa grabbed Abels hand to make sure he kept up and when they reached the portal at the end, all three made a jump through into the darkness of space beyond it. Once out, the portal closed quickly and the three were now floating , yet still alive and breathing in space. Atem began to panic, thinking that he would run out of air but Phisoxa calmed him.
" Don't worry, the myths you have heard aren't true, there is air here."
