Keyblade War: The Goodbye of Friends and Omens of Omega

Rako immediatly attacked the boy, slashing through his body with a sword made from raw energy, before the boy even got a chance to prepare himself.

 

" Rako be careful you shouldn't charge in like that !!" Aia said warning him as she drew her sword.

 

The part where Rako's attack hit turned into mist that was filled with Consumer nanobots that latched onto to Rako and started spreading their virus threw his arm. The boy simply stood there as his body healed.

The nanobots simply burnt to nothing on Rako's arm. Rako them used the raw energy of the sword to launch an energy attack at the boy.

 

The used the nanobots left in the air redirect energy towards another target, namly Aia and Dante.

 

Mixt appeared in the way of it and knocked the blast aside with his left hand, although he took damage in the process. "Don't waste your strength. He is but one of the seven. Winning this fight would hardly make a dent to them." Looking up at the boy he said. "He doesn't even exist anyway. Same as the old man I made a deal with. He's the personification of a single hub of the hivemind." Suddenly becoming much more aggressive he said to the boy this time "The consumers are out of my control and last I checked I'm not dead, that was not my deal with the old man. Now I suggest you get that sorted out because I'm not one to be double crossed!"

 

"This matter little to us, we gain nothing else by working with you anymore" The boy said to Mixt "We just have to finish extracting your knowledge and then we can apply the upgrades to help bring you all to us"

 

"Then face the wrath of a god" turning to look at the others in the room Mixt asked "What became of Phisoxa? Does she remain at Station Aia?"

 

" No we requested she'd leave to make sure the others would stay safe, she's probably long gone by now and she took your sons with her, but not even I would know where she is at the moment. Hopefully that is the same for the Phantom . . .. " Dante said looking a bit concerned." But sadly I don't know if her location would be hidden for long with that man on the loose."

 

Dr. Traken merely sat by and watched as Rako and Mixt had engaged the boy in battle. However, he didn't dare think of joining the battle himself. He was a scientist! Not a fighter! He had only challenged Mixt before because the odds were in his own favor and he had used science and craft to outwit them all. However, this was a situation that required little time to think.

Rako smiled. "My, getting a little upset, aren't we Mixt?" Rako then laughed "Well, no matter, let's just take care of this fool and get on with things. He's only slowing us down."

 

"You cannot defeat us, we are one, and you shall become one as well" The boy said to Mixt and raxtion "But I shall indulge your lust of needless fighting"

 

"MIXT!" Rako shouted from the other side of the boy "He wants you for some kind of upgrade! If it's anything like the Phantom's then we'd be in big trouble! Perphaps you had better leave and figure out a way to get the seekers to the closest station! We need to regroup!"

 

"The only stations that still function to any degree are Aia's and my own. Mine is closer but it still isn't exactly a walk in the park to get there in the current state of things out there. We could portal except for the fact that opening one large enough for a colony ship is more than I can handle." Mixt said, growing angry at how useless he turned out to be in the current situation. But then glancing over at Traken a thought occurred to him. "But there is another gate that is large enough. Assuming those demons don't tear this place to shreds."

 

" Another way huh? Its certainly better then choosing to duke out a fight on a floating object in space. Let me hear about this option?" Dante said.

 

Dr. Traken flinched a little in fear when Mixt looked over to him, still remembering that Mixt might be harboring some feelings of hatred and revenge towards him. However, when Dr. Traken's mind matched Mixt's words up with his motions, Dr. Traken realized what Mixt was getting at. Dr. Traken smiled "You really have surpassed anything I could have dreamed. You and your gang hold them back! I shall work on transporting these ships to a safe haven!"

Rako smiled as well. "Mixt, leave with the others. I can take on this boy by myself."

 

"The Alchemic Gate. It is as large as it needs to be and the price is always the same. Since it links dimensions we can cross the fold and return wherever we require. It is just like the dark portals but much more aggressive." Taking a deep breath Mixt said. "Someone find the captain. Tell him to go full speed ahead no matter what happens until we reach my station."

 

Dr. Traken ran off to find the captain as Rako continued to watch the boy ready to intervene if anything happened.

 

"The station you go towards is not what you think it is, it i snot your Station Mixt" the boy said as he started walking after Mixt.

 

"The station we are going toward is not our destination" Mixt suddenly stabbed his keyblade into the floor and snapped his fingers, forming a transmutation circle around it. Slamming his hands on it triggered the reaction and a humanesque form began to materialize within the circle. Suddenly the blackness of space and everything outside the ship vanished to be replaced with a white void. Straight in front of the ship was a gigantic stone gate, large enough to pass the entire colony ship through. Moments before it looked like the ship would crash, the gates opened up and black arms reached out to grab and pry at the ship. "Sorry if I failed to mention this, but some turbulence is to be expected. Especially on a ship not intended for speed."

 

Dr. Traken stood motionless as he knew what was about to happen. And thanks to Mixt's memories Rako knew as well. Rako continued to watch the boy however. Waiting for the boy's next move.
