Keyblade War: The Goodbye of Friends and Omens of Omega

Rako appeared on an andless desert. In every direction the vast plain kept going and going. None of his powers orked and he was trapped.

Dante appeared in a twisted forest, like Rako his powers didn't work so he was trapped.

"What the...?" Rako said as he looked around at the desert. "What's this? I thought that maybe since we were defeated that we would go back to the realm of light... However, it doesn't seem that THAT is the case." Rako began walking in one direction. Unsure of what to do. "Is this my heart? It certianly fits the description... Empty, hot, and endlessly boring."

 

Dante woke up laying underneath a strange looking tree, he laid there for a few minutes trying to comprehend what had just happen or if this place was even real, but after a while he stood up and began walking around through the seemingly endless woods. Above him the sky was grey and clouded, ravens flew about in the sky, usually silent. But it wasn't only the ravens that were silent, everything here seemed silent.
" Where am I?"

 

In front of both Dante and Rako appeared Robbie in their seperate locations. "Welcome to your afterlife" he said to them calmy, though in truth he was joking and just wanted to see their reactions

 

From the Tram Common, Mixt decided he needed a higher vantage point and that was clearly only one spot in this town. The Station Tower. The Phantom obviously wouldn't stay anywhere directly visible from there, but it gave far more information at once than scouting one area at a time. Taking to the rooftops he flash stepped up to the roof of the station.

 

"Hmm... Not bad." stated Rako "Is this heaven? Cause honestly I never thought I'd make it there. This definently isn't hell... no river of fire..." Rako sat down. "So, how have you been Robbie? Haven't seen you in a while?"

 

" Afterworld? this doesn't make sense I haven't died yet . . ." When Dante's eyes fell upon Robbie he seemed surprised and confused.
" Robbie you are alive?!!!"

 

"I have been living in a different dimension, one without all the issues of your world" he said to Rako as he paced infront of him.

"In a sense Dante, I am alive, but not in your world" Robbie said to Dante.

 

"Well, if only all of us could be as carefree as you..." Rako noticed the pacing "... appear to be."

 

" Ah, so if you have been living here all this time why haven't you made an attempt to come back, your wife and daughter miss you dearly. Surely its been far to long of a time without you back in our world." Dante said looking a bit skeptical.

 

"well living in a world without the issues of your one is entertaining. You would never believe what everyone is like, or maybe you might" Robbie said to Rako as he paced.

"What you have to understand is I am not Aia's husband, that was Torxber, i never lived his life. This me has a different life, I gave up all my great powers to live in peace Dante" Robbie said to Dante.

 

"Indeed, I might not understand it now. But maybe I will with a little bit of your help." said Rako getting up and putting his hand on Robbie's shoulder. Suddenly Rako realized that his power wasn't working. Rako knew that his powers would work in hell or heaven... Then why weren't they working here? "This isn't the afterlife, Robbie... where are we? And why have you been here for so long?"

 

"But Clara was your wife Robbie, and Clara is part of Aia, might I point that out. If this is a different you, then why in the hell do you know all of this? Or atleast know me. " Dante said seeming even more skeptical

 

Standing on top of Station Heights Mixt looked around. The place was a mere shadow of it's former self in more ways than one. Just about everywhere looked like a place of the Black Phantom to hide.
'So do you have any bright ideas?'
'Not much. And you?'
'Well I've been working on one involving a flamingo and a roll of duck-tape but I'm not entirely sure it is fatal'
'Might make them die of embarrassment'
'Does that work? Oh boy, that is an angle I haven't worked yet!'
Mixt sighed, but he did have an idea. And in a flash he was gone again.

 

"I only just got here, and I think this is inbetween. I was joking before, not the reaction I was after" Robbie said to Rako.

"But thats just it Dante, to me Clara is Clara, her own person, not some part of Aia. Clara is my wife, the moher of my daughter. But Torxber and Aia took them away from me. So I when I found a remnant of Torxber who felt the same way I did, I sent him to go get my daughter back" Robbie said to dante.

 

"Haha... Sorry to disappoint." said Rako "So why are you here? You didn't answer that question... or do you just not know?"

 

" I doubt Sophie is going to leave, even if you asked her nicely. She is already too intertwined with our likes. But seriously why leave us all for this peace? I could have left the mortal world myself, but yet I have chosen to stay behind. Why didn't you do the same?"

 

"I am watching your world in my free time, I made a pocket universe where I could watch everything that happens, you guys stumbled on it" Robbie said to rako.

"How could you understand, you who let your true love die at the hands of her soulmate" Robbie said to Dante, as if insulting him.

 

"Wait, do you mean... do you mean that your the one who let the consumers slip into this dimension?" asked Rako a little confused.

 

There was a rustle of trees as Mixt made a breeze by flash stepping through them. At this point especially though he now needed to be careful. If he was right then this place would be well guarded with any manner of traps. Cautiously he pushed forward to the Mansion. However, rather than going directly in he went to the right of the house where he figured he would be least expected and used alchemy to open up a path into the lab.
