Keyblade War: The Goodbye of Friends and Omens of Omega

Even though Traken was gone the barrier around the group did not vanish, nor did the message on its edge.

 

Mixt didn't find anything of interest in the tunnels, but as he made his way through he rearranged several of the walls for the fun of it before exiting to the Tram Common.

 

"I don't think it was either. I think it's just the game that's been set up... See, All the fighters in this town are apart of a large tournament and the winner gets to fight the Black Phantom." Rako explained. "So the fighters either have to beat each other to win and the losers automatically are disqualified. Dr. Traken obviously lost, and since he wouldn't have been able to start a second round anyway, he must have been disqualified and sent out of this arena."

"Furthermore, we are trapped in this barrier until one of us arrives as a victor among the others." said Rako pointing towards the message. "Here's what we have to do. We have to pick which one of us should win and leave to fight the Phantom. Otherwise it will take too long to finish battles with a solid victor. We should probably take a vote. I vote Seth as the person who escapes to fight the Phantom. And my reasoning for that is that I've got important matters to deal with in the real world, and Aia is here who can carry out the mission we were on when we were interupted with this mess." Rako said trying to assure Dante that he had thought of everything. "Seth if you come across Aia, try to help her with her objective. With her luck, you two will probably run into the Phantom. Also, if you see Mixt along the way, be sure to keep him away from the Phantom. The Phantom needs him, so don't let him come close."

 

" Well if thats your plan, I guess I vote Seth to be the victor as well." Dante said as he took his key and threw it at the ground before him, a sign of surrender.

 

Seth's eyes widened upon their words. "right I won't let you all down" Seth said as he turned to face the barrier. Once again the worlds has become chaos. He had held onto hope that the worlds would be at peace when he returned but in the end it was meaningless. For now he had to end whatever is plaguing the worlds.

 

"I know you won't, Seth. That's why I choose you." Rako asked. "All you have to do is knock Dante and I out, and then your free from the barrier. After that, it's all up to you to find Mixt and Aia and stop the Phantom."

 

" Knock us out?! Well don't try to hit too hard ok, I don't want you busting in my devilishly handsome looks." Dante said smiling as he stroked his own chin.

 

Seth sighed and shook his head "well I won't guarantee anything" Seth said as he placed both his palms out as they began to glow "man this...will be hard" Seth muttered attempting to channel enough energy to knock them off without severely injuring them. Finally finding they right amount Seth shot tow beams of energy straight at the two

 

Rako stood firm, but lowered his defenses, as the blast smashed into him and knocked him out...

 

The blast hit Dante straight on, knocking him out cold as he fell back with a loud thud.

Meanwhile . . .
Aia reached the Sandlot in twilight town and found that was hardly nobody here either, she walked up onto the struggle stadium that still remained intact and stood in the middle.

 

Dante and Rako were swallowed by darkness as the barrier vanished freeing Seth. The number in the sky had gone down three didgits.

 

Immediately upon release of the barrier Seth began to run forward "so the enemy is this phantom guy, best keep my guard up then, who knows what will pop out of nowhere" Seth muttered as he placed his sword of light on his shoulder and ran. Seth ran throughout the empty town. "tsk nobody" Seth muttered as he ran into the sandlots. "an enemy?!" Seth muttered noticing somebody on the stage. Running forward Seth rose his blade in preparation. Reaching the person Seth prepared to slash at the person but immediately stopped "Aia?!" Seth said surprised

 

Aia threw a roundhouse kick at Seth without realizing who he was as a move of self defense. Before she brought her foot down she realized it was him before pummeling him into the ground.
" Whoops !!! Seth?! I didn't know it was you . . ."

 

Seth raised his hand and scratched the back of his head as he closed his eyes and let out a small laughter "hehe its been quite the long time...Glad to see your doing alright" Seth said

 

" So have you seen any sign of the others?" She said asking him bluntly just to see if he knew of anyone besides her, Rako, and Dante had landed on this world.

 

Seth widened his eyes in surprise from hearing that and turned serious as he closed his eyes "I defeated them" Seth said placing his hands in his pockets "we were in a barrier...only the last one victorious would be freed. They nominated me to leave. I knocked them out and they were sucked away into darkness" Seth said

 

" Those idiots falling so easily into a trap like that. We could have used the extra help too." Aia said, a irritated look upon her face as she tucked her hands into her pockets. " I guess we should find the Phantom."

 

Seth sighed "quite unsure whats going on but I guess now is not the time to be questioning such things" Seth said opening his eyes "well then lets go" Seth said walking forward

 

" I wonder where the b*******d is hiding, I hope we find him soon,I honestly do not want to keep searching till we run into something unexpected out here in the dark." Aia said softly as she began walking along down the streets.
