Keyblade War: The Goodbye of Friends and Omens of Omega

"I CAN'T HOLD IT!" yelled Rako as they were all sucked into the darkness.

 

Dante held onto his navigation chair as the ship rumbled from getting pulled in, so did Aia as well.
" What the hell, where did that vortex come from !!!" Aia shouted.

 

Sophie opened her own portal and went threw to the ruins of Twilighttown, except now the world had been pushed off its position between light and darkness and was trapped in an eternal darkness. She started setting up spells that acted as traps as the two ships came out of their portal and were torn apart, scattering their occupants across the two, seperated from each other.

 

When Dante woke up, he found himself drapped over what it appeared to be the remains of what looked like brick roof. He jumped off the roof and came to a stop at the ground and looked around at the dark and drab world around him. " Hmm where am I? Hello !! Hnn.. wait this looks like. . ." He walked over to a small townhouse nearby,opened the door and looked inside. Amazingly the outside remained intact, but the insides were scattered around as if someone had gone in looking for something and they were in a hurry. He picked up a broken picture frame and viewed the photo inside. It was picture of Nuthura and Moegiro when they were about 7 years old.
" Twilight Town is still here yet in ruins . .. '

 

Music

Rako got up and looked around him. Most of it was darkness, The ship was badly damaged. If they even made it out, Rako wasn't sure if it would work again. Rako followed behind Dante, somewhat weary. "I sense others. Not just the one we were tracking."

 

Sophie redirected alot of portals that had powerful people travelling threw them to twilight town, scattering them across the ruins as well. A massive holographic number appeared in the sky that sat on 22.

 

" Where is Aia? Do you think she got thrown off someplace else? Damn she isn't very lucky then, out on her own with these people running about." Dante said as he tucked the picture into his pocket and walked out of the house and into the street, he looked up at the numbers in the sky.
" Do you think there is a higher power behind this?"

 

Rako looked at the open portals. "I would count on it if I were you."

Suddenly a strange looking creature appeared in front of both of them, and proceeded to attack Dante.

 

Dante dodged out of the way as it went to attack him, he lifted his palm and summoned a keyblade then proceeded to run at the creature to slice it down.
" That is not very nice, attacking someone you do not know !!"

 

The creature took the attack head on and paid for the consequences of it. However, the creature merely regenerated itself. Suddenly more creatures like it appeared and attacked Dante and Rako.

Rako started smothering the creatures that attacked him with flames. However, the merely regenerated and continued attacking.

 

Sophie once satisfied created a barrier around twilight town that stopped anybody from leaving, though they could still enter. "Attention everybody" she said, using magic so everybody could hear her, "I have brought you here to see who is the strongest, leaving is not an option. I have hidden myself somewhere in town, defeat me and you are declared the winner and can leave. But there is a condition, the consumers are on their way and when they arrive I will leave, all of you will be trapped here with them, so begin"

 

" What the hell? Is this another load of BS like the consumers? Maybe we should stop hitting it, it will only create more like heads on a hydra." He shouted drawing back a bit. " So this is a game hmmm? I knew it" Dante replied after hearing the voice overhead.
Meanwhile . . .
Aia awoke laying down at the foot of mansion in the woods.
" Where am I? Hello?" She stood up and stared off into the darkness of the forest.
" Where is everyone?" When she heard the announcement made she seemed confused.
" What on earth is going on here?"

 

"But they can't be the consumers! They don't look anything like them! I've never seen anything like this before..." stated Rako, backing off as well.

Music

"You both might as well give up, the Panacea fighters can never lose." said a familiar voice. It came from behind them, and when they both turned around to look at who it was. They both saw an old man wearing a lab coat.

"DR. TRAKEN!!" Yelled Rako in surprise.

"I see my reputation preceeds me." said Dr. Traken smiling. "And who might you be? Someone I've met?"

It was true that Dr. Traken had never met Rako, nor had Rako met Dr. Traken, but Rako knew of him through Raxtion's memories and couldn't believe that he was here, of all places!

 

One of the traps Sophie had placed activated and a field barrier appeared aroun Rako, Dante and Traken, along with Traken's creatures. Writing appeared floating on the edge of the barrier saying 'Only the winner may procead'.

 

Music

"Alright, Traken." started Rako "How did you get here? How are you even still alive? Mixt took away your immortality when you two fought. So how is it your even standing here? Hell, how did you get out of Mixt's gate?"

Dr. Traken laughed "I'm not sure how you know all this, but I suppose I'll tell you anyway... Mixt was a fool to think I would not be prepared for the event of me losing to him. I had in my pocket a spare Elixer, which gave me back my immortality. Then through several years of concentration I was able to get myself out of his seal. However, I only found myself stuck here in the dark realm. That was the only fallback of my escape. After killing whatever was here, I managed to find a few humans and convert them into some Panacea fighters who would do my bidding. This allowed me to concentrate, undisturbed by the darkness. I was about to escape and begin extracting my revenge but then all this started happening. Perphaps you would like to take a turn explaining?"

"Heh, sure... Although I don't think NOW is the best time." Rako said "If I help you escape will you come queitly?"

Dr. Traken deceptively smiled "I have no intention of becoming friends with you..." Dr. Traken pointed his palm towards Rako. A alchemic circle was drawn on his palm. "... Good-bye." Dr. Traken the fired pure darkness at Rako.

Rako took the hit out of surprise. Rako felt the darkness enter his heart. Rako then screamed out in pain as the darkness changed him.

Dr. Traken then fired more darkness at Rako. The darkness was having a strange effect on Rako. It wasn't hurting him as much as it was changing him.

Rako could feel his lust for blood entering his mind... Anymore darkness and Rako would either explode or become entirely evil.

 

Dante could automatically sense the amount of darkness going into Rako, even though his senses weren't as keen as Aia's he could sense it. As a result Dante back away a little keeping himself as he continued to fight the creatures.

Meanwhile . . .

Aia ran through the forest, carrying a small orb of light in her palm. She had to get out of the woods and find the others. Finally she found the hole in the wall where she climbed through and into town

 

Suddenly a huge magic circle covered the skies. Building up power a beam of light was shot down towards the group from the magic circle. The beam of light slowly disappearing, a warrior stood where the beam was shot, eyes closed with his head lowered and was kneeling down with one knee.

 

Rako saw the beam but was completely unsure as to what just happened.

Dr. Traken stopped attacking Rako as he looked on the newcomer with curiosity. "Now who could this be?" I do not like the odds. All these warriors from across the universe have stepped into my world by some unknown force. They were all fighting each other. How can I turn this into an advantage? thought Dr. Traken.

Rako laid on the ground, practically helpless. Rako tried to figure out what to do with the darkness inside of himself... He felt evil again. Rako wasn't sure if he liked it or not. Rako had thoughts of killing everyone, yet trying to figure out ways to save everyone at the same time. His thoughts continued to conflict as he looked at the kneeling man.

 

The warrior slowly stood to his feet and calmly opened his eyes and stared at Dr.Traken with cold and unemotional eyes. Opening the palm of his right hand a black sword of darkness appeared in his hand. Once the sword appeared in his hand the warrior immediately pointed the sword at Dr.Traken

 

"Who is that man, he sort of looks familiar? Maybe someone I knew a while back hnnn..." Dante continued to wonder in his head as he wrested his key on his shoulder, this time resorting to dodging the beast with great agility.
" Rako, grab a hold of yourself, fight it." He shouted as he watched Rako battled with himself internally.

When Aia got into town she found that it was empty and no signs of life in sight.
" Hello is anyone out there?" She shouted as she looked about.
