Keyblade War: Once apon a time......

"I'm done playing" The Emperor said as his weapon reappered in his hand and he vanished for s econd, reappering infront of storm. Two deep cuts appeared over Fardel's body, one across his chest and the other on his hand were his magic was being channelled.

 

Fardel didn't move. It was as if the cuts hadn't even fazed him. Suddenly Fardel disappeared and then reappeared in the air behind the Emperor with his sword in his hand. "NOW YOUR MINE!" He went to slice down on the emperor and cut him in half.

 

For a second the Emperors visible eye turned black and he moved to intervept Fardel but stopped suddenly when his eye turned back to normal and dodged and made distance between himself and the group, "I didn't give you permission to interfear" he said to no one, as if he was talking to himself.

 

Fardel wasn't paying attention to the Emperor's odd statements and continued his attack. He suddenly disappeared again but reappeared running at the Emperor. He began making images of himself trying to confuse the Emperor, suddenly two to five Fardel's began a charge towards the Emperor.

 

The Emperor's weapon morphed into two kunai and he threw at the images, making them vanish and resumonned his weapon and threw them at the other two images. Following this he morphed the weapon into a braodsword, but he stopped in mid transformation and turned his back on Fardel and started leaving.

 

Fardel was not going to allow the Emperor to retreat. He disappeared and three Fardel's appeared above the emperor, ready to strike.

 

"I said I was done playing" he said as he jumped up and slashed the three Fardel's "Just sit on the sidelines" he said as he continued leaving.

 

The first two were images while the last was Fardel himself. Fardel was slashed to the side and knocked to the ground. Fardel began pounding his fist into the ground. "NO! I HAVE NOT COME THIS FAR ONLY TO LOSE TO YOU!!!" Fardel jumped up out of rage and charged at the Emperor once more. "MY WIFE AND SON... SHALL BE AVENGED!!!!!"

 

The Emperor disappered again and reappered infront of fardel, his blade sinking into his stomach he pulled it out and quickly spun aroudn fardel and Elbowed him in the back of the head, slamming him into the ground "Alisha, take care of him" The Emperor said continuing to leave, as if the fight didn't happen.

 

Fardel fell to the ground weakend. However, his rage fueled his power. Fardel, using his blade, pulled himself to his knee's. He aimed his palm at the Emperor and said weakly "...fire..." Using the last of his strength, Fardel projected a massive ball of fire headed for the Emperor.

 

The Emperor used his time magic to stop the fireball and didn't even turn to face Fardel.

 

Fardel gasped in horror as his energy failed to reach his intended target. Fardel screamed and threw his blade at the emperor before collapsing on the ground and passing out from exhaustion...

 

The Emperor caught the blade and bent it before dropping it on the ground. Alisha helped fardel up and took him towards a healing area.

 

Fardel was unconcious and would most likely die if he was not given proper medical treatment soon... but within Fardel's mind something else was happening...

"Get better, my dear..." Said a familiar voice...

Fardel awoke within his room back at his village. "Leah...?"

A smiling face kissed him and then pulled back. "I'm so glad your alright."

"Daddy! We were so worried about you!" said Fardel's child, who stood next to his mother.

Fardel got out of bed and embraced his child "OH! I was so worried about you too! Both of you!" Fardel embraced his wife as well. "I had the worst dream that the two of you were... were..." Tears began coming down Fardel's face.

"Shh... It's okay." said Leah "Listen, my dear husband, everything is alright. And most importantly, we're alright. But it's time for us to go. Our time is limited."

Fardel was confused "What are you talking about? Where are you going?"

"There!" exclaimed Leah "Into the light. And soon, you'll be coming with us too. But not yet."

"What do you mean?" Fardel said as he started to put the pieces together. "OH... Oh no... please, don't leave me!"

Leah touched his face with her hand "Fardel, remember, it doesn't matter where we are... we're always with you. You don't need to avenge us. You don't need that hatred, and I don't want you to have it either. All you need is to remember the love you have for us... and remember that everyone wants that kind of love. So you should show it to everyone... even those who are not worthy."

"Mommy, we have to hurry!" said their child.

"We have to go now, but remember we will always be here." she said as she pointed at Fardel's heart. "And we'll always be there when you want us to be."

She gave him one more kiss before walking into the light with their child but they both turned around, smiled at him, and then disappeared.

 

Alisha brought Fardel to a healers where there was a set of Twins doing research on the healing arts, "Alisha. Who is this?" one of them asked.
"Just someone who tried to kill our master, he told me to take care of him"
"Did he say more then take care or did he just leave it to your interpritation?"
"He left it to me" Alisha said, the twin she had being talking to sighed at hearing her.

 

Storm retreated with the others, mostly sticking to Fardel and looked over his unconscious body. He didn't even look at Alisha."Will he be okay?"He asked.

 

"He should be" the man said tp Storm as he started healing Fardel.

 

After the fight was done Michelo casually walked over to retrieve his axe and followed along with Alisha, Storm, and Fardel. 'It seems that the Emperor is not one to be messed with.' Michelo thought, 'He proved he could kill Fardel without breaking a sweat. Speed, reflex, strength, whatever that unkown force they both used was. It seemed that the emperor had all of them in spades. But what was with the line towards the end? "I didn't give you permission to interfere" No one had interfered. Was it simply a reminder to those of us on the sidelines or was it something more?'

 

Music

Fardel slowly healed. Feeling his strength and his heart coming back to the way it was a long time ago...

 

Storm only nodded at the healer's words, looking to the side to see that Michelo came to them. He nodded his greetings with a small smile, then saw Fardel's wounds slowly vanish.
