Keyblade War: Once apon a time......

Alisha was about to speak when foot steps sounded infront of the group, the Emperor was walking towards the group. His expression neutral and he didn't seem armed or portected.

Fardel couldn't believe this. The emperor was actually coming to them! First off, why would he have his entire home ungaurded, then approach a group of strangers unarmed. Did he have no sense of how sought after he really was? Fardel approached the emperor "So, are you this empire's great leader?" Fardel could feel the moment of his revenge approaching. He could barely contain the fire within him.

 

"Yes" he said, the Emperor stopped walking, keeping a good distance between himself and the group. "I hear that you wish to meet me, but what I want to know is why?" he asked Fardel and the others.

 

Michelo stood alert to face the emperor. Although he wished to speak he remained silent as he viewed his own matters as being of lower urgency. He might not have known the intent of Fardel, but surely a meal could wait when it came to damages from the war.

 

Storm only stood there, staring at Fardel and then the Emperor, bowing his head briefly with greeting and respect. Would Fardel go through with this? It wasn't that Storm was taking sides, something like this could leave a big mess..he wanted to avoid that.

 

"Hmm... I though it would have been obvious." Fardel merely said this and then quickly pulled out his sword at his top speed and thrust his sword at the emperor's head hoping to cut him in two.

 

The Emperor side stepped fardel's attack and pushed the blade away, he then elbowed Fardel in the throat.

Fardel caught the emperor's elbow with his own, leaving only one hand to hold the sword. Fardel realized quickly that the emperor was much to quick to even be hit by the sword. Fardel would have to slow the emperor down before using the sword. Fardel stepped back and stabbed his sword into the ground and left it there. Fardel walked slowly and cautiously towards the emperor. Fardel went to punch the emperor with his left hand.

 

Storm stepped back and his keyblade appeared in his hand, staring at the two combatants."Just let me know what I can do to help!"He shouted to Fardel.

 

The Emperor casually dodged the punch and grabbed Fardels' wrist. "So may I ask why you sre trying to kill me?" he asked calmly, he started to crush Fardel's wrist.

 

Michelo stood by idly and watched. He was not overly concerned with the fate of anyone involved but was very interested in the emperor's ability to take the attack. Thus far he did seem to live up to his reputation of not needing guards.

After watching the fight for a moment Michelo realized that he still had his axe from hunting and could be considered to be a threat considering the ones he came with. As such he removed his axe (still in it's sheath) and slid it on the floor back in the direction they had entered from.

 

Fardel already knew that the emperor would be very skilled and would counter every attack Fardel threw at him. Fardel just had to make sure he could counter back. Fardel could feel his fist crushing and felt the excruciating pain that went with it. But he had no idea of letting it continue. Fardel gave a kick towards the emperor's stomach and remained mute as it his intentions.

 

The Emperor used his spare hand to block Fardel's kick and held his leg in one place. He then pushed Fardel so he would fall back.

 

Storm focused his eyes on the battle, looking between Fardel and the emperor. He wasn't sure who would win. Fardel had a lot of fight in him but the Emperor was quite skilled himself.

 

Fardel did fall back. But then quickly got back up again. Fardel quickly saw that this strategy wasn't working. He needed to do something else. Fardel powered up his magics. He charged at the Emperor and threw his fist at the Emperor's face once again.

 

The Emperor side stepped and summoned his weapon and helled it at Fardel's neck "Please stop this" he said to Fardel "I would really like to know why you are trying to kill me?" he asked the attacker.

 

Fardel used his arm to knock the weapon to the ground and then stepped on it, holding it in place. Fardel kept silent as he then preceeded to use a magic that he had learned from his village. The power drew from the very essense of his soul as he focused it into his hand. He held the energy at the emperor's face and only said one word before unleashing the spell: "Fire..."

 

Storm bit his lower lip and looked over at the Emperor, then glanced down, unsure of whose side to take. He gripped the keyblade in his hand, then looked at Fardel."Spare him.."

 

Michelo was shocked at Fardel's strange attack and instinctively feared the worst but based off the Emperor's skills thus far wondered if it would be enough. With that realization he said to Storm "Are you sure you are saying that to the right person?"

 

"His heart is clouded with vengeance."Storm started, glancing to the side at Michelo."If he kills the emperor, then what?I doubt he has even thought this through. If he takes his vengeance, this kingdom and its people will be thrown into chaos, can you imagine the atrocity?"He said.
