Keyblade War: Once apon a time......

"Are you hungry?" Alisha asked the newcommer, quickly lowering her weapon as she regained balance from being pushed back. "The Emperor?" Alisha asked Fardel.

 

The palace halls were alive with young recruits tidying up floors as punishment for making a mess of the wine cellars the night prior. A tall and handsome man with long dark blue hair oversaw them, sitting in a lounge chair while carving a small boat of wood with a hunting knife.
" Oi, stop complaining, if you are lucky you will finish before dinner."
He shouted cheerfully as he silenced a couple of whining teenage boys who were shining the floor nearby. Suddenly a door slammed at the end of the hall as a young pale haired woman came marching in, a scroll in her gloved palms. The heels of her boots came in contact with the clean black marble floor as she walked, the young recruits scuttling out of the way before her.
" Why are you in such a hurry Lee?"
The blue haired man jested as he called her by her nickname.
" I have been summoned to the foot of his excellency's throne, I am not sure, also make sure you oversee the recruits better Farrow, lying around isn't going to help them learn better."
She said sternly as she passed him and turned the corner, she wandered into the throne room and got down on her knees several feet from the throne.

 

The Emperor was not on his throne, instead he was still over looking the city from the balcony. "I'm over here" he said to her 'apparently my soldiers can't even tell when the throne is empty' he said to himself.

 

Fardel realized he had spoken too soon. If anyone knew his plan they would try to stop him. "Uh... Yes, I am on official bussiness for the emperor. I was on my way to see him when I ran into you."

 

"The hunts have been slow recently. I've not yet eaten today and meals have been scarce for several days. It seems that I'm in worse shape than I thought. I could have killed you there had I not realized my mistake. No, you were to fast on your feet to be killed like that. What weapon is it that you carry that requires no sheath?" Michelo responded to Alisha.

 

" Oh .. well most of us are used to you sitting on your throne when we see you sir."
Leesonya replied as she stood up and wandered over her light blue eyes catching light as walked outside to the balcony.
" What is it that you want to ask of me my lord."

 

"Of course my weapon dosen't require a sheath, after all the personal soldiers of the Emperor have to be able to draw our weapons fast" she said to the new comer before looking at the man "I guess then I can ecourt you to the capital" she said to fardel, she looked back at the newcomer, "You may wish to travel with us as well, the enemy is not far from here" Alisha said to him.

"Alisha is late, make sure it is still active, but keep it a secret" the Emperor ordered.

 

"I'm sorry for the bad start. I am Fardel. A farmer and master swordsman of the village back there." Said Fardel... however he did not recall the enemy being so close when he left. "Where exactly is the enemy?"

 

"Perhaps it is indeed best that follow you. I cannot afford to make a mistake like that again. But I must ask, what is this enemy you speak of?" Michelo asked.

 

"You never heard of the Sark Seekers? They are our former countrymen and women who have been corrupted by a foul energy and now head to the capital to eclipse its light" Alisha said to them "And they recently took out another town" she added. "OK, so I'm Alisha, what are your names?" She asked her two companions.

 

Fardel realized that the town was actually his home town... now truly everything in his past was gone. Erased. Out of mind and forever out of sight. Now, only one thing mattered. Getting justice. "My name is Fardel." He said to the girl. He had a feeling that they would be getting to know each other well over the walk to the city. This other man was interesting though. What was he doing out here? And what was he doing waiting for food when he could have gone to the city and bought food there?

 

"I'm Michelo" he responded. "I'm a woodsman living in, well, the woods" he motioned back towards where he came which was a pretty severe angle off of the trail. "I don't exactly get the paper. Such attacks might explain the lack of game. They probably fled from such attacks."

 

"I see, nice to meet you two, I am a personal soldier of the Emperor and I am returning from an assigment, so I should be able to get you a place to stay in the capital for the time being, until the war ends" Alisha said as she started walking along the road agin.

 

Fardel was shocked and knew that he might be able to use this girl to get close to the emperor. But was that what he wanted to do? Fardel didn't know. He was unsure. Where would this murder of the emperor get him? Would it really make him feel better? Fardel might actually be doing the emperor a favor with the Dark Seeker's closing in... Fardel walked alongside the Soldier and the Hunter down the road to the capital. "Personal soldier of the emperor? How personal is that?" asked Fardel curious to see how close he would be able to get.

 

"I mean I take ny orders directly from him, no superiors between us. Would you believe the Emperor appears quite young?" she asked Fardel.

 

"No... no I wouldn't. How young does he appear to be?" asked Fardel having his question answered and now moving on to small talk.

 

" It shall be done my lord."
She responded quickly as she ducked out of the room and ran back down the hall this time, startling Farrow out of his sleep.
" Damn she must be in a hurry."
He said out loud as he dismissed the recruits for Dinner and laid back down his lounge chair but suddenly someone pushed the chair over from under him and he went crashing into the ground.
" What the bloody hell do you think you are doin-... Jeckhold !!"
He responded a little flustered as he saw Jeckhold standing there smiling down at him, the heel of his boot on the edge of the chair, showing that he was the one that knocked the chair over.
" Its not right you get to sleep on the job when I am out back lifting weights while your wife is drooling over me like I am some prized bull."
" Shes at it again . . . doesn't surprise me, she likes staring at any good looking man if she can get her claws into them."

Meanwhile . . .
Strong hooves galloped against cobblestone as cloaked Leesonya road out atop a horse of the city and into the outskirts beyond the city walls in search of Alisha. It only took her a few minutes to have sight of Alisha down the road with two strange men she didn't know. She halted her large white mare and jumped off down on the ground.
" Alisha, his majesty is wondering why is it that you are so late."
The woman said as she came closer and stopped, her pale complexion and gentle profile showing her noble born origin.

 

"I would say around 17, though he is much older then that, he is also kind to us, and yeah" Alisha said, blushing alittle "But he spends all his time working on a project these days"

Seeing a fellow soldier "Miss Leesonya, what does he want?" Alisha sked quite confused.

 

Fardel was surprised by the fact that he would look so young. In fact, Fardel hardly believed it and felt like he was being joked around with. Suddenly a horse with a person atop it came thundering towards them and the horsemen began talking to the girl.

 

" He wants you to return to him immediately, like I said earlier you are considerably late."
Leesonya said, her pale blue eyes looking over the strangers but she kept her calm composure.
