i know it sucks so please cnc so i can start improving... EXAMPLE: the bg is random and doesn't go with the effects, text ruins flow, etc.
I actually think this is pretty good for you. I mean, it's a bit basic, but you used alot of creativity here. However, the lines on the lower half of the tag...drop em, they're not working out. Maybe a bit more lighting, but colored.
Yeah, this tag was supposed to look completly different and I forgot to take some stuff off like the scanlines lol.
