Damn, everyone else beat me to pointing out she's not rock xD

I remember when you were obsessed with I kissed a girl. XD

Personally I'm not a fan, catchy but not not cup of tea.

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned her other, slower songs. I actually kinda prefer them to her more "popular" songs (not that popular means anything anymore, the general public are a bunch of ignorant sheep that does whatever the media tells them to do).

I particularly like I'm Still Breathing and Lost, but my favourite faster song has to be Hot N Cold. The music video is hilarious.

However, hearing her live put me off her a bit. She sounds so different it's unreal. But I object to people saying she can't sing. (But I agree she isn't a "Rock Goddess" lol)

She's refreshing. Not only is she a great lyricist with catchy songs, but she's got a personality, too. Her stage presence is awesome XD I'm thinking my ass should get tickets to one of her upcoming shows here.

Also I agree with Bunter, I prefer the softer songs on the album. Lost is my favourite, but out of her more upbeat songs I'm really digging Waking Up In Vegas and If You Can Afford me.

If you guys haven't already, you should check out the songs she recorded a few years prior to OOTB, songs like Wish You The Worst, Box, Diamonds, etc. They've got a more rock sound to them. It's a pity none of them made it to the album :o
