This Karaoke Night was pretty great, I specially liked Krowley's interpretation.

I'm using my points if I can't get something I want this week because I am a selfish biznatch.

I will eventually use five points to choose a song I've been wanting to do for ages.
But... I'm saving up first. I've promised to do a duet with someone, and at least one of us needs ten points, so yeah. XD


This made me think though... since we spend points... How do we re-earn them? I presume we can't re-earn the same achievements which means that we'd have to go for different ones. Now while that means we'll have to vary things which is awesome to do... that means some people may never get some certain achievements at all or will become stuck in a place where they stop earning altogether. :/ *can see this happening to me*
This also means that if we spend any points at all, doesn't that mean it becomes impossible from then on to go for the 50 achievement thing?

- aaaaaaaaa (the rock one unless my song this week wasn't considered rock. I'm terrible with identifying music ; : )

- The Hare (I believe I turned it in within three days. Or does it not count since I got the song late.

Yes, exactly. Branch out, try new things, step out of your comfort zone and you are rewarded.

I think that's a choice. For instance, there are some people who have never sang in another or certain language before, who have decided to try even if they're stumbling over words and messing up. The only real achievement type that's plain unobtainable after a while is the Singing is Light type. There are only a few KH songs, which would leave people to have to get creative.

For instance, let's say someone sings Sanctuary and Simple and Clean. Welp, there goes those. But if you /really/ want that achievement it's possible to either:

A) Re-suggest and sing as a parody.
B) Re-suggest one of many remix versions with instrumentals (piano, acoustic, techno)
C) Take a regular song and make a Kingdom Heart's parody out of it.
D) Sing it in the opposite language that it was previously sung in.

and I'm sure there are other ways. No one has even re-suggested Simple and Clean yet. v:

Nope. There are well over 50 possible overall achievements!

Then there's the possibility of getting a bunch in one go. Chevalier has only participated once and he has almost 10 achievements already. If I spend 5 of my achievements, then I can pick my own song, and I can pick a song that is in another language, has rap in it, from an anime, has a swear in it and (obviously) specifically to earn achievements and I've already gotten the 5 I've spent back.

It's all about how you look at things and what you're willing to do.

I'm probably applicable for Achievement Eater too then. My main intention has been to have fun with my songs regardless for sure, but I've been aiming my songs for achievements I haven't got to try and save up for this duet I've promised to do. XD

All in the spirit of fun.

 

Oh! I just realized, The Road to El Dorado isn't anime or Disney but is animated o:
Does that mean I get 'Animation Sensation'?

(*martyr) Aww, you gave up your song to someone else! How sweet – I did this for PAW and I believe someone gave up a song for Fork. (Don't quote me on the second half xD)

 

...Wow I just kinda... gave no shits about the achievements. I sing the songs because I like them and I like singing.
Although I do like achievement perks >_>

Free reign. You can sing ANYTHING you want, as long as it follows the theme and the rules. If it does not, I'll say NAY. Achievements work the same as always. Please continue to suggest songs for KHVC if you want more themes and 'free' days such.​
