    That's disappointing.

I'd feel let-down if a person did that to me. In any award, if a person is given that award, it's because he/she has talent. And that's why he/she received the award.

I feel sorry for Taylor Swift, even though I don't like her that much. She should still be given the right amount of repsect from everyone. It's sad, because Taylor is just 19, still a teenager, and she's been given a massive award and needs support through her career. Being told that someone else is better than her in public is a big let-down. I mean sure, there are other artists that are better than her, much better, but she doesn't need to be humiliated in public. Especially infront of an audience that big.

"If you've got nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all."

Kanye should've just kept his mouth shut.

I like Kanye's music and all but the dude can be a serious **** sometimes. Even though I do think Beyonce did derserve that award more than Taylor, Kanye should've just kept his mouth shut and let Taylor have her time in the spotlight.

Doesn't quite beat what he did in Copenhagen, but this was still pretty ****ty of him. The crowd doesn't always vote for the best one, but it doesn't mean that the winner doesn't deserve their award. He really needs to learn to keep his mouth shut at these kinds of situations.

Must be something in the air lately. Between him and Serena's William's outburst over a foot fault call this weekend that cost her the match, there has to be something going around.

I'm going to call this "disease" A.S.S. - Arrogant Star Syndrome.

I'm not a Taylor Swift fan, but she won the award. Her video won, Beyonce's lost. Sh*t happens, move on. Getting up and publicly humiliating her isn't going to magically give Beyonce the award, it's going to make you look like a ******(again) on public TV.

    Motherfucking gay fish.

I don't really think the VMAs mean much, but come on, that's a pretty mean thing of him to do. He'd blow a gasket if someone did that to him, and while I agree with him, I certainly wouldn't jump on the stage and start pissing all over the fun. :/ Kanye just seems to be a bit of an attention seeker. I'm not a fan of Taylor Swift but I do know that they were saying she really, really wanted one, and that's just a really ****** thing for him to do.

I am however really tired of hearing people talking about this, and it happened less than 24 hours ago, haha.

I just feel bad for those who worked with him on songs and stuff. Knowing some people, they probably won't even buy his stuff for a while, which will hurt him in the long run, but will also prevent people who cooperated on songs with him (Jay-Z, Rihanna, etc) suffer a bit money-wise. (Though, knowing how popular they are, I doubt it'll affect them THAT much)

Just wanted to post saying that Kanye apologized on his blog:
It looks like he took that down now though (I've got a screencap), but now there's this:

Kanye's a nice artist and all, but he seriously needs to turn down his ego. Taylor Swift looked so happy to accept the (well deserved) award, and here he comes to rain on her parade. Quit being a troll Kanye.

Also, why the hell is he trying to pretty much hit on Beyonce? She's married.

They're major celebrities. You think such a thing as marriage will stop 'em?

And yeah, Kanye was kind of a **** but it was to be expected...im not a Taylor Swift fan, but if she won the award, whats the point in ****ing up the moment? He should have just sat in his seat.

    1. Did everyone forget what happened with Em and Bruno? That was staged

    2. How did Ye get on stage in pretty much 2 seconds, out of nowhere? Think about it.

    3. He spoke his mind, though some may consider his method of doing so a little over the top

    4. How the **** does Beyonce lose in best female video but when best over all video? Hmmm?

    5. Taylor cried over this ****? Taylor, its the music industry, people are gonna think theres others better than you. Grow a pair of balls and suck it up because you should have known it's a hard industry when you got in it. There are 1000 other people who are just as or even more talented than you and can take the **** that comes with it.

    6. Also he said sorry guys =D
    /End

Jay-Z is like his big brother and Beyonce is a good friend of his. He also has a girlfriend.

Okay, yeah, he spoke his mind. But in the most inappropriate, disrespectful, ******bag way. Would his blog not have been a more appropriate spot to speak his mind? He publicly humiliated Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and himself in one fantastic go.

Yes, people are going to think they're better than you. Especially Kanye West, it would seem. But it's not about whether she deserved it or not. I find Taylor's songs annoying, honestly. But to go up and bluntly say that she wasn't deserving of her award in the middle of her first ever acceptance speech? I can't for the life of me figure out why people are defending this antic.

Kanye never claimed he was better than her in anyway, let's get that straight. MTV invited the man and let him in drunk and knew all about past incidents so I guarantee they were hoping he'd do something to help with ratings. And the reason people defend him is because no matter how many times he has made a mistake and spoke his mind(In a country of free speech, mind you) he still continues to make great music and is still considered a genius when it comes to his craft. And also, he's a human being.

  20. A disgusting, sorry excuse for a human being, you mean.

One time. okay. Two times. Hmm. Three times. You're crossing the line. Fourth time...

You are the definition of a ******bag without any doubt.

I don't know how much more pubescent moments he'll have, not like it's any surprise of what an ass he is, but whatever stunt he keeps pulling, it's not going to work for that long. Like Taylor Swift or not, that was a screwed up thing to do to a girl 19 years of age, getting her first award. On the VMAs. God, it wasn't even the Grammys, at least.

Defend his music. But not the man behind it.

At least Steven Colbert made it entertaining. And Obama calling him a jackass just made me like him up a level more.
