"You're right, I can't dwell on the past or it will affect my future, thank you Kyla." Falmer got up and wiped away the ice that had formed on his face.

 

"Come with us and lets find the scroll. If we can find the catalyst for the prophecy then we will have a chance of rescuing your sister. We need to set the wheels of destiny on motion."

 

"Okay, lets go then." Falmer got up and got all his things ready, "Anyway, you still need a guide through my homeland."

 

Kyla nodded and followed him, gesturing for the others to follow. She showed him the map and lodestone. They had a fair journey to go. She was glad that this small group was together.

 

"Right!" he said. He got his things and followed them.

 

Zeke and Valkner clashed in the sky creating huge shockwaves........

''Dark matter!!!*Valkner shoots a black energy ball*''


the attacks canceled each other out createing a huge explosion..........

''*pants* grrrrrrrrrr''

Zeke multi slashes Valkner eventually cutting him.......

Valkner stabbed Zeke in his arm........

when Zeke and Valkner clashed ,they shoke the earth.

 

"Hmm, looks like we have to head north-east, that'll lead out of my homeland. I don't know what's beyond that though."

 

"Well it should make the journey interesting and we are all seasoned fighters. Lets see what the future brings us and travel on." Kyla picked up her bag and marched on, meeting up with Tor. She linked her arm through his.

 

"Kyla, I agreed to join your group, but can we get one thing straight.....no, relegious talk, none of that destiny and fate, because that makes it seem like life is worthlees." Kuju said following the 2.

 

"Um.....ok" Kyla looked hurt. He had effectively insulted her entire family line which had believed in the prophecy. She tried not to dwell on it. They were looking for a lost treasure she wondered if that was ok. "How exactly do you want me to describe this journey then, a treasure hunt? Life is never worthless and having something to believe in is what kept my family going."

 

Falmer walked in front of everyone else, he was thinking about Jessica but quickly lost that thought, "Have to stay focused."

Kyla went quiet. She felt that the group didn't really believe in the scrolls and was trying to work out their reasons for joining in. This was a disaster. No one really wanted to be there and it seemed they could be heading for disaster. Was Tor the only one who believed in her? She walked on with no real feeling.

 

Tor could tell something was wrong with her. So, he put his arm around her to try and comfort her.

 

She hugged him back and smiled weakly. Tor believed in her. Kyla picked up the pace.

 

He began to pick up the pace as well. He started to think about what would happen when this was all over.

 

Kyla smiled at him. "Penny for your thoughts?". She hoped he would be comfortable enough in her presence to say if anything was bothering him.

 

"I was just thinking about what might happen when this is all over." he said. "What do you think will happen?"

 

"Well hopefully peace will come to the land. What do you mean? Are you referring to the world or just us?"

 

"Both." he said. He wondered if she would be there, by his side, forever.

 

"Relegion has only taught me suffereing, ever since I was exiled from it life has been more stable, its more like a superstition then anything else, and I don't believe in the scrollls but I believe in your dream, so please I meant no disrespect." Kuju said with his hand on his heart and lowering his head.
