"No there isn't. But this is good enough for me." he said. He smiled at her and kissed her on the lips.

 

Kyla kissed him back, shielding him from the sun with her wings. "Tell me more about yourself. I would love to know all about you."

 

"Well, my parents left me when I was born. I was left to look after myself." he said. "Then I gained a blood lust and became an assassin to satisfy it."

 

Kyla held him close. "You poor thing, being abandoned like that. I'm sure they had no choice. No one abandons a baby for no reason. You have lost the blood lust then?"

 

"Yes, I was unhappy with it. I kept trying to stop. Then after killing a whole village, I lost the blood lust."

 

"So the anger is gone but the pain remains. I will help you with the pain. You will never be lonely or abandoned again. I will be with you."

 

"Thank you." he said. He shed a tear. "That's the end of my story."

 

"Not yet as it's still being written. What do you want in the future? I see mine as being happy and later in life leading a normal family life."

 

"I just meant that was the end of the story of my past." he said. "As for my future, I want to be with you. I want to make you happy."

 

Kyla kissed him as she thought about what he had said. He needed love and support and she could give that. It seemed that he had come home.

 

He loved her with all of his heart. He kissed her back. For once he had a place to call home. He was happy.

 

The sun was getting hot overhead so Kyla took his hand and led him into the cave and shelter. She lay down and stretched her wings. "I feel lazy today. I worked hard yesterday. Lets enjoy the peace."

 

He lay down next to her. "I agree. The others can take care of themselves." he said. He smiled at her.

 

Kyla smiled to herself. Life had just got a lot better. She believed that anything possible.

Falmer arrived at the small farm to take a look, Norman was right, it as small. Falmer didn't see how such a small farm could provide the farm with it's food, "This is a great responsiblity that has been thrust upon me, I shall not fail!"

 

Kyla was pleased that things were going so well. She hoped that Falmer had settled well into the village. He would be a valuable asset and they could that to his gentle personality.

 

Falmer was feeling tired and dehydrated after searching all over the village for a job so he returned to the inn to have a little rest. When he arrived, the same group of people who wanted to know him better where waiting outside the inn again. This time they didn't seem as scared, "Umm, we were wondering, could you answer somemore of our questions?" Falmer hesitated a bit, he was feeling dehydrated but it was only a few questions,
"Sure, why don't we go to one of your houses to talk? It's very hot out here."

 

He rested his head on her. He was truly happy here with her. He closed his eyes.

 

Kyla was a little concerned about Tor. He was sleeping a lot and she wondered if he was still unwell. She checked his forehead before kissing it. He seemed ok. Perhaps his power took a lot out of him and left him exhausted.

 

He smiled wider. He wasn't sleeping, just resting his eyes.
